I cannot sing enough praises for Dimitri and his agency. I have worked with him and Katie on insurance policies. Boy, they are ON IT. Dimitri gets back to me IMMEDIATELY. He explains things thoroughly, and I truly believe he has his clients' best interests at heart. Highly recommended. A great agency with great employees. I will continue to do business with Dimitri because of his fantastic service.

Sarpoolaki Insurance is amazing! I can't praise them highly enough.

When my old insurance company decided to double my premium, I thought it might be time for a change. I did a quick Google search and saw that Sarpoolaki had nearly 200 reviews, all of them 5-star.

My wife and I got in touch with Katie, who found us a new homeowner's policy that provided the same or better coverage, but which saved us over $3000. Although we were not in the market for new car insurance, she offered to look at our current policy and then found us a new policy that would save us over $800. Both policies were from AM Best top-rated companies.

Katie impressed me with her encyclopedic knowledge as well as her impeccable integrity. She was completely focused on helping us find the best insurance, without ever trying to sell us on things that we didn't need. It's also reassuring to know that you have a friendly local point of contact if issues come up, instead of having to deal with the impersonal help desk of a large company.
