7-Eleven

Someone who works here literally came to my rescue today (10/17). My chain on my motorcycle came loose while I took off from the light, leaving me stranded in the middle of a busy road. This amazing man, came to my rescue on a small blue honda grom I believe? He saw my struggle and called his buddy over to help me out as well. They fixed my chain for me, literally life savers. So grateful for those two men. I never asked for their names since I was worried about work, but I know the one guy on the blue bike said he worked at the 7/11, so I’m writing this review in hopes he’ll see it somehow. Or I can find out his and his buddy’s name, but I’m so grateful they were there at that moment. Thank you so much again to those two guys that helped me out. You guys are amazing.

Visited on March 20 around 2pm.All 3 employees were very friendly and courteous. Store was exceptionally clean, Owner/ Mgr
should be appreciative of them. I was an employee of a 7-eleven for many years and know how difficult it is to find employees that care enough to do a great job. Have visited a few since leaving the company, and they were dirty and employees were dirty looking and unfriendly. A child playing behind the counter, an employee out of uniform and food looked as though it was way past holding. CONGRATS on the day crew you have.

Purchased gas, cashed in and purchased lottery tickets and got a free breakfast sandwich with my reward points. I been in this 7-11 before and promised never to go back but I was about to go on a road trip so I broke my rule. The staff in there was way better than the previous staff. Nicole helped me with my sandwich...great customer service. And in the past they did throw my tickets away and I believed they cheated me but no problems on this day. I hope they keep up the good work. I will be back and hopefully the great service i had on Friday continues. And by great service I mean being polite, smiling, being helpful but not overbearing with it and not acting like they absolutely hate their job.

I used to work at this location from August 7, 2000 - April 11 , 20005. I left because I moved to TN and there was no 7-11s in the state of TN or AL. I never wanted to leave this coming August 7th would of been 20 years . I wish there were 7-11s in Alabama and Tennesee I would love to return to the company. I miss working for the company. I wish there was a 7-11 in Athens, AL I would return to the company because I enjoyed working for this company

Been coming here for years now and the coffee is always fresh and plenty of different flavors plus it's always very well stocked and the worker's are very freindly.

There were several people in line and the 2 ladies that were working were very efficient and took care of everyone quickly. 👍

The staff at this store are absolutely phenomenal. I'm there everyday and have never had a bad experience.
