Great prices. Clean vehicles. Zero pressure but all of the information I could ask for I got. The one thing that really bothered me about the vehicle he fixed without hesitation and quickly. I wasn’t local and it took me a few days to pick it up, they weren’t pushy, and filled the gas tank before I left. Buying used cars is like drawing straws, they aren’t going to be perfect. Lee is just a little too blunt for most people’s liking, but he’s honest and maybe a little misunderstood. I am super happy with my new ride, following an accident where my vehicle was totaled and I was not at fault.

I went today spoke with Jeremy and Nicole. Great experience. No issue with test driving the car. We negotiated on a price after I left to think. Jeremy called me back within 15 mins and got the deal I was looking for. The car rode great. I’ll update in a few weeks. Overall very happy with the customer service. They took their time with me!!! I have to give hands down to Nicole!!! She was the best sales person that I have dealt with. She was very understanding and was just just trying to get me in any vehicle. My husband and I went here last week to purchase another vehicle from here. Lee is very knowledgeable in what he has on the lot and is very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for hours looking around a test driving certain cars. He doesn't pressure you into buying anything and gives you time to look around. Nicole is absolutely amazing too!!! Great, easy experience. No pressure at all. I had addressed a couple concerns with Jeremy regarding the vehicle I was looking at. He went back out with me and took as much time as needed to inspect it over. He even admitted that he wasn’t too sure about a certain concern I addressed, so he went back inside and got on Google to look up my question regarding the vehicle to confirm his answer for me. I’ve never seen a car salesman go that far to ensure they’re giving me the correct information. Usually they’ll say whatever they have to in order to make the sale. That really stood out to me and gave me an extra sense of confidence working with them. Nichole is very helpful and nice as well!
