I purchased a CUK PC from Amazon and could not be happier with their product quality and customer service after the sale. Their customer service is responsive and friendly. If you do have to send in a product for repair, I can assure you they will update you throughout the process and return your product back to you quickly! We had to send in a PC on December 13 and we had it back, fully repaired, before Christmas. They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service!

I ordered a gaming computer from Computer Upgrade King in November of 2022. Recently, after I upgraded my computer's bios, Windows reported that it was no longer activated. I tried calling Microsoft for help but got nowhere.

I then contacted Computer Upgrade King's customer support, and their service was terrific. They had me perform several troubleshooting steps with very clear and easily understood directions. In the end, with nothing else solving the issue, they provided me with a new activation key, which solved the problem. Their communication was upbeat and professional.

I'm grateful they care for their customers nearly a year after the sale. I'll certainly do business with them again in the future.

April 2022 I bought CUK MPG Velox by MSI Gaming Desktop (Intel Core i9-12900F, 64GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD + 3TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB, Windows 11 Home) from Computer Upgrade King thru Amazon. I bought from them because the price was reasonable and they had good reviews. Last month we had a power outage that caused the computer not to boot up. I contacted customer support at Computer Upgrade King. Justin troubleshot the computer then shipped me replacement RAM at no cost. This fixed the problem. It was easy to contact him and communicate. Great company! I have been very happy with the computer and their support. If shopping for another computer I will go back to them.

Superb PCs. Performs exceptionally and built meticulously. You can tell the professionalism and pride in their work just looking at the wiring inside the case (see photo). The 240mm water cooler works so well multitasking is a breeze. PC was packed carefully against damage during transit with all the internal components well protected (see photo) and with heavy duty bubble wrap in 2 boxes! Professional touch was the bracket supporting the graphics card against sagging. Just over a week from order to delivery. Customer service by Logan was excellent who kept me informed when the PC was being built and again when it was shipped with UPS tracking number. Will definitely buy again from Computer Upgrade King.

Excellent customer service. Vitaliy gave prompt replies and solutions to help fix my CUK system issues. In the end, needed to send in the rig for repair which was fixed quickly and sent back to me without a hassle. The whole process was quick and easy. Very good service. And this was for a sytem over a year old -- so glad they stood by their systems. I am very pleased with buying from CUK.

I think the attached picture says it all. Computer Upgrade King creates some amazing builds. I personally settled on the upgraded Dell Laptop. I did originally get the HP laptop, but it didn't have everything I needed. I contacted Ben who not only helped me exchange everything for the laptop I needed, but checked in on me throughout. I would highly recomend this company for its products, price, quality and customer service.

Had an RMA with a part from a pre-built PC and it was the easiest and smoothest RMA ever. From the first message to the last.

I use CUK PC’s to build high end survey models covering acres of land. Rendering movies on typical business workstations takes days. With the custom PC’s build by CUK I can blow past the competition and deliver products faster than my competitors. These PC’s are not just gaming rigs!

I have ordered two computers. Both have worked very well. Their prices were the best I could find. The quality of the builds was also very high in that their computers had nice cable management and were immaculately cleaned. The packaging was very nice and the foam to support the GPU during shipment was a great touch. I had a small issue with a mouse and it was very quickly rectified.

Dropped my side glass panel while upgrading my GPU, they responded fast and were happy to send me a replacement even though my case was older then the current variant they sell now. Great customer support! Justin is fantastic and very kind.

Ordered a custom built computer from them and a few months later I was having some hard drive problems. They diagnosed the problem quick and got a new hard drive out to me as fast as possible. The customer service was seller and I will continue to use them for all of my pc purchases in the future. I would recommend them to everyone.

Sofar so good, I ordered my Omen 15t gaming laptop from computer upgrade King via Amazon and have had the computer for about 2 weeks now. I'm super happy with all the upgrades and after doing a clean install of Windows 10 to get rid of HP bloatware I can say that I've think I've made the right purchase. I'll update my review as time goes on but I'm very happy with the seller and would highly recommend them and any of their electronics.Also if you have any questions for them I received an email reply within 15 to 20 minutes each time I had reached out. Awesome work guys, thank you very much!

I have been a customer for 7 years and just purchased my third laptop. The first laptop I bought had manufacturing issues, not upgrade issues, so I have dealt with techs on several occasions. Service is second to none. Response time to queries is excellent. The quickest being five minutes, the longest being next day (less than 8 business hours). Pricing for products and out-of-warranty service is fair. Service time is excellent. When CUK sells a laptop that they have upgraded, they include a THREE YEAR warranty!
I recommend CUK to anyone in the market for a laptop or desktop.

The machine from Computer Upgrade King (CUK) arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. There were some hardware and software issues, but Jesse in Customer Service is top notch. Thanks Jesse for your personal attention to quickly and effectively correct all. I admit the problems required more than casual confidence with the computer internals and workings, but bottom line I am very happy with the purchase.

Wow! Computer Upgrade King rocks!! I've purchased my gaming systems from different companies over the years but grew tired of the impersonal "cookie cutter" service from the larger companies. I was feeling somewhat rudderless and anxious about which company to choose for my next computer. I decided to take a chance on CUK (via their listings on Amazon) and I am VERY glad I did!! They have a large selection of gaming computers to choose from, and they built an amazing, robust and attractive system that is a pleasure to use AND to look at. Their customer service is amazing!! What a plus!! And, best of all, their company is entirely located in the US!! That means US jobs both for building and servicing their products. I experienced a hiccup when the keyboard I received with the computer didn't work properly. Jesse was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement immediately! I also received prompt advice about choosing a video adaptor so I could use my older monitor with the high-end graphics card on the system. I now feel very confident about where I'm going to order my future systems: Computer Upgrade King!!

I bought A PC built from Computer upgrade king a month and a half ago, From the very moment I placed my order my experience with this company was great! I would receive follow up emails and information about my purchase, I would call every now and then to ask about the components on my PC and I would always receive info with no hold time or anything, I want to point out that this all took place during the COVID Situation and still received immediate attention, I had read some mixed reviews about this company and was not 100% sure at first so if you are thinking whether you should buy from this guys I would say: Stop thinking, this guys really take their job seriously, the packaging was flawless, I received the configuration just as requested and the interest of this guys in serving is GENUINE! Thanks for the flawless experience.

If possible, I would give 6 out of 5 stars or 11 out of 10 stars. I have nothing but a great experience dealing with this company. First of all, I love my Gigabyte gaming laptop I bought from them and it was smooth sailing from inquiry to purchase to delivery. But that was over 3 years ago. Just recently. Recently I started having problems with vertical lines on the screen and then it just went black. I contacted Computer Upgrade King saying I know this is beyond the warranty period, but I just want to see if I could get the issue fixed. They asked questions and talked me through some possible fixes I might be able to do myself. After those were unsuccessful, they said I could mail it to them, and they could give me a price on fixing it. After doing so they stayed in communications in a very friendly and professional way explaining each step of the way. Finally, they let me know it was a mount on my display cable and they had fixed it free of charge and were shipping it back to me free of charge. Remember this is outside the warranty, and they could have said it was blah, blah, blah and would cost $329 or something and I would never have known. I would have paid it because it was a $1700 laptop. I think this speaks volumes to their business practices and business ethics. I wish other companies could take lessons on how to do ”Customer Care” Thank you Computer Upgrade Kings!
