We had an absolutely awesome experience with a recent mattress purchase. Jeff was so helpful pointing us in the direction of what we were looking for. His honesty and kindness were a refreshing change to the normal high sell tactics one can usually expect during a purchase of this type. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress at a very reasonable price. We love our new mattress and were thrilled to support a local Powhatan business.

New to Powhatan and wanted to support local business. First visit here to look at mattresses. Was greeted warmly by Jeff the manager. He directed us to what we needed and he couldn’t have been more nice and helpful. A smooth easy experience, and we received a great deal. Was able to bring the mattress home same day. Highly recommend! Will definitely return for any future needs.

My daughter and I just left Jeff’s store in Powhatan. We went looking for a king size mattress and Jeff was so helpful. We told him what she was looking for and he showed us the perfect one. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was so easy and his prices are amazing! By the way he sells all kinds of furniture too. Sadly we didn’t know that but we will be back to buy from him again.

Well, we are getting to the age where it was time to get a new and more comfortable mattress. We went back to Jeff at Mattress Direct, and he was just as nice as always. We picked out a mattress and even got a new pillow for my wife. Her neck pain has decreased significantly as a result of the pillow and the range of motion turning her neck has also improved quite a bit. The mattress is extremely comfortable, and we are happy we went back to Jeff to help us out. Great store, great price, great service and a friendly face, what more can you ask for:)

I am new to Powhatan and needed a mattress for our home. I walked into Mattress Direct hoping to find a mattress similar to the one I love that was discontinued. I’ve been on a pillow hunt for months to replace the pillows on my bed. I’m very picky and knew exactly the style I was looking for. Jeff was a huge help in finding and making sure I bought the perfect pillow. Pillow exceeds all my expectations. Great store, great customer service & great pillow! All around a great experience!

I am a little late writing this review. I moved to Powhatan late Dec. My husband can’t walk right this second and needed a chair since we hadn’t gotten a moving truck yet. He called the store and Jeff answered the phone. He was amazing. He held the chair that my husband was going to get and helped load it into our car. He had even said he would have helped if he hadn’t had to be somewhere after the store closed. He was very personable and I look forward to buying more furniture in the future.

He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and had a few suggestions. He followed up with us after the the sale to make we were satisfied. We will definitely recommend his store to others.

Jeff at Mattress Direct was very friendly and helpful. We needed a twin mattress that day as we promised our three year old her big girl bed!
