We stayed at this park and Chesapeake Bay half a dozen times each between August and November (we needed to stay in the area) and we were happy with the sites we were assigned each time as they were fairly spacious and could accommodate our extra vehicle and motorcycle trailer.
Most of the people we met were very friendly. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with a neighbor parking in our yard during one of our stays and were always very helpful and friendly when we came into the office to have coffee and popcorn.
The bathrooms were always very clean (And pink! Even the men's) and there were nice open areas to walk the dogs.
This park is very kid friendly, but that also means there are a lot if kids wandering around unsupervised.
Overall a great park and also fairly close to stores which was nice.
We will be back next autumn!

Great staff, great lodges, clean, quiet, and was a great experience for our group! Would highly recommend for staying overnight. The cabins were clean and a great lodging experience. The club house had popcorn and daily activities for our group.

Wonderful camp with great staff. We did not use all amenities but the staff was accommodating and the cabin was clean and in good shape! Good distance from stores and attractions so quiet.

Can’t beat this location and the staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There were plenty of crafts and activities for the kids, clean facilities to use and the seasonal campers are so welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again!

We camped here for three weeks while visiting family, but also took advantage of all the area has to offer-from history to local restaurants. That said, we spent a lot of time in the campground. We loved it and will be back! The office staff is wonderful and so helpful (Charity and Susan), as well as ground maintenance. The pool is large and clean. Yes, some of the buildings need some TLC but that did not detract from our stay. Improvements on the property are being made. Our site was fine for our 37' fifth wheel with full hook-ups; there were larger rigs than our's that also seemed to manage driving in, parking and setting up just fine. We had very friendly neighbors, and made some new friends. We had a great time and look forward to returning!

Went to check out the facilities. They let us drive through. Office People really nice and helpful. Tight spaces between campers spots. They do have room if they do expand the park. Grounds and bathrooms clean. Good roads. Large primitive camping area. Had 2 pools. lots of activities for kids (Fri arts and crafts) they keep popcorn made up. big gift and staples shop. Used to be a jellystone park. Membership people on site. This one is a better facility. Will be planning to come and stay.

After reading reviews for about 6 months I decided to go with a camping pass. I was on the edge given some of the ratings at other locations, I 110% would pay the camping pass fee just to stay here for a week!! It's so nice! We are full timers, and new to camping but we have found so many campgrounds already that are just not worth the rates. There's an arcade, mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools (the outdoor has the kids side fenced separately), playground, pond, arcade, a store, laundry room, too much!! Something for everyone for sure!! We spoke to the property manager who was extremely friendly. We also met with Elizabeth who helps with the camping passes, bc I had a TON of questions. Let's face it, sounded too good to be true! She and John were very welcoming and knowledgeable about thousand trails resorts all over the nation! If you're on the fence about it call them!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, good sites although not level. Indoor pool and warm tub. Outdoor pool closed for winter. this place is located close enough to rt64 that the continuous roar of traffic is always heard.

We had the pleasure of staying here one night on our way to another TT campground. Never have I ever experienced such happy and friendly staff at any campground. I was greeted by a sweet woman who obviously loves her job and genuinely cares about guests experiences.
The whole park was clean and well kept, lots of activities for the kids planned, a cute little Rec center with free popcorn and coffee. Free put put golf, clean pools(including an indoor pool for cooler months).
Other guests were friendly as well and we had great vibes all around. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

Nice campground, full hookup available, no cable TV, WiFi available for purchase, Verizon service is good. Nice amenities pool, mini golf, playground, arcade games. Very nice service and friendly staff. Roads are narrow and some spots might be uneven. The location is great for many attractions.

This campground is beautiful and all of the staff we’ve met are very nice. The roads are narrow but the site are large and all have gorgeous trees surrounding them. Even with the tree cover we are able to use our Starlink without issue due to an open area behind our site.
The outdoor pool area is not open yet but we’ve thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. There is also a TV and library room, small store, general area with coffee and popcorn, and an arcade with 10-15 games.
Williamsburg Thousand Trails is definitely on our list of places to stop by again.

I stopped by to tour this location as part of my due diligence in deciding whether to buy a pass or not. The staff was gracious and knowledgeable. I'm still weighing a few factors but feel certain in due time I will become a customer of this company. Maybe even an employee down the road in a year or two after more due diligence.

Family I went there for a 7 week vacation. Had a blast. I can’t tell you enough how friendly the staff was. Treated our family like family. Looking forward to going back soon. Free popcorn and coffee such a small thing but AWESOME. Keep it up.

We spent a few days at this campground. We had a small glitch with our site, but the staff was very accommodating, so willing to make sure we were happy and and a good stay. I would highly recommend this campground and I would stay here again.

First time here. Staff are so friendly and helpful. They have great activities for all ages. We really enjoyed our stay here. Free water, coffee and popcorn in the Clubhouse always being offered. The have a playground, basketball court, mini golf, arcade, outside pool, and a inside pool. They have wagon rides a lot. For Halloween they had a haunted trail, haunted house, a ball, pumpkin craving and more. Will definitely come back here in the future.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, last week a group of friends and I went out and had the time of our lives, playing survivor. The entire time the staff and other campers were super supportive and friendly and I can’t wait to return to these grounds again. The experience was EVERYTHING!

Second time we have been here this summer. Every time we have a blast. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Cabin and facilities were clean. Very dog friendly. The pool was clean and relaxing and there is a nice little mini golf section. Easy access to Williamsburg and other locations like Buch Gardens. Special thanks to Doug and Charity for being helpful and going above and beyond to answer questions.
