Best hotel hands down in Nola, the staff were unbelievably awesome, Jade, Arthur, you know we love you!!! Chicago loves you!!! You were so accommodating and wonderful to me, my mom, and my kid !
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that visits NOLA. Rooms are beautiful, lobby immaculate. And I will be back for sure!!! Could not have felt more at home!!!!

I recently stayed at The Pelham and thoroughly enjoyed the stay! It is in a wonderful location. It is away from the chaos of the French Quarter, but close enough to walk within 10 mins. The hotel itself is very well-kept.

The room was clean and extremely quiet. We stayed in a room right above the Ruby Slipper, and despite it being directly over the restaurant, we were never disrupted by any noise.

The only issue we had was with the shower not having a proper door and the floor getting wet. This was not a deal breaker, we just asked for some additional towels.

This will definitely be my go to place to stay in New Orleans from now on!

It was a beautiful hotel. Clean. Welcoming and friendly staff. Best option for having a unique New Orleans hotel without breaking the bank. It was walking distance from the French Quarter. The room was comfy, and we enjoyed the little radio playing jazz from a local radio station. It was a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel is truly flawless in every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the stunning decor to the exceptional service.

I had a great experience with hotel greeters during my recent stay. They were correct and professional in their demeanor, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

The room was perfectly set up to welcome us, and they let us go through it without problems before check-in time. The lights were perfectly set up, and even an old radio played wonderful jazz music from the best radio station in New Orleans. Thanks Francis !!!

The mattresses are very comfortable [a little fluffy for me], and the pillows and the a/c thermostat and equipment work efficiently. You might park across the street in an open parking lot, or you might walk one block to the Sheraton out parking garage to get a covered parking for almost the same price.

The room has a coffee maker, coffee pods, and a small refrigerator. Cosmetics products are high class, and you might buy one at the hotel shop, as well as bathroom paper, towels, and the pressure of the shower water.

The hotel does not include breakfast, but you can pick to walk wherever you want. I strongly suggest trying Cafe Fleur de Lis one block away or Mother's Restaurant four blocks away to get real NOLA food.

The location hotel is excellent, great, great. It was close to everything but far enough away from the noise of the French Quarter. By the way, the hotel's windows are two, much better than double-glazed windows.

We hope to enjoy New Orleans soon, staying at the Pelham again.

Great location, cute and comfy. Nice bed. Quiet. Small and quaint, right across the street from my conference hotel. Got 2 notes for less than 1 conference priced room at Sheraton and it was a much better NOLA feel choice.

Great boutique hotel! Very trendy, very CLEAN place with high ceilings and neat decor. Loved the fact we were able to get one of the rooms with no windows. This prevents those partying till the break of dawn from disturbing you. It also let us sleep in without even the hint of daylight to wake us if we didn't get in until dawn. They also have posted quiet hours.

The host, Nesha, had a great attitude and smile. She was always helpful with our questions and made great suggestions.

The Pelham is a short walk from most New Orleans activities but tucked on a side street so your stay isn't bothered with most of the revelry.

Stayed here in January. Loved it. I accidentally made some mistakes with my booking and they fixed it for me immediately. I’ll stay here every time.

The Ruby Slipper next door was heavenly!

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel in a central location to CBD and FQ, only a quick ride to the Frenchmen/Marigny area. Rooms were clean and spacious, we loved the high ceilings. Water in shower took a while to heat up but we made it work. Housekeeping was fantastic and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary in Orleans. We rarely take vacations and this was a special time for us because not only have we been working hard (we own a 24/7 tow service so we work weekends and holidays) but we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When I called to make our reservations, the lady at the front desk was cheerful and very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a different lady was at the front desk. This lady was also friendly, to say the least. We checked in Friday at two and stayed until Sunday. By Friday night at six, SHE REMEMBERED MY NAME! She always greeted us with a huge, warm, genuine smile. The valet was also wonderful. Everyone was happy and friendly and I know how hard that is to find in staff but you can tell they all love their job so obviously someone is doing something right. The room was BEAUTIFUL and decorated perfectly. It had style and had just the right amount of color and decor for comfort and cheer. I LOVED the bathroom. I mean, that shower was... we'll, I wouldn't say to die for but definitely to live for. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion was NICE. It smelled divine and left us so soft and refreshed. I can't wait to go back! Hopefully before our next anniversary.

What an excellent stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The decor is a moody chic New Orleans style, and you can't beat the sky high ceilings in the guestroom. It's spotless, the service is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. The location is in easy walking distance to both the riverfront and French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again!

The Pelham really made our stay in New Orleans that much better! The employees were so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect - close enough to Canal but far back enough to keep quiet during the night. The Ruby Slipper was steps away! The atmosphere was perfect for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

The hotel is super clean, including room and bed linens. All the hotel staff ( check in staff, cleaning staff, etc...etc...) were very friendly.....southern hospitality at its best.
We had an awesome time and already planning my next trip to New Orleans.

We are very happy we chose this hotel. First, the location was excellent. Far enough away from the busy Bourbon and Canal Street traffic but still only a short walk to get there. The staff was incredible. During every interaction we had, the staff was friendly and helpful. I have to call out one especially, Nesha(sp), the daytime front desk employee. She was extraordinary! I had coffee in the lobby daily, and every day she was exceedingly helpful to anyone who came to the desk. She had the best attitude and always had a smile and a kind word to everyone that walked by. She went above and beyond in every situation. She is a gem for this little boutique hotel. We will be back, and she is a reason for our return. We also loved the design and funky artwork of the hotel. We loved The Pelham!

So glad I chose this hotel. It is well-located - close to Canal St and the Quarter - but not so close that you have to deal with all the loud craziness. The interior is charming. The lobby is a great place to have a cocktail and relax. My room was a good size. I had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful.

We could not be happier with this charming boutique hotel. Location is ideal - just off the French Quarter so it’s quiet but walkable to so many things. Our room was excellent - a good size with two huge windows, very comfy bed and pillows, and a nice bathroom (tip: pay extra to get a room with windows). Big bonus - it’s recently remodeled but maintains a quaint New Orleans feel. There was a radio on when we arrived to our room and we kept it on the entire time because we fell in love with the station. Nesha at the front desk was so helpful and gave the perfect food recommendations. If you want a sweet small hotel for a good night’s sleep at a reasonable price, choose this place. We’ll never stay anywhere else in NOLA!
