Precious was excellent in answering questions in a timely manner.

Had an issue with our washer they came out same day to assess the problem and will be back tomorrow to fix it. So far we are satisfied. Management seems to be on top of things and very helpful

I've never rented any appliances/furniture before, and when I found out that I could rent a nice washer&dryer from RAC, I signed up! It was an simple process, delivery was fast, & payments are low every week! I'll recommend this place to anyone who's looking for affordable furniture sets, entertainment (Smart TVs, laptops), & kitchen appliances. The employees are very helpful & nice as well.

I went to Rent a Center not exactly sure if I was going to purchase anything or not. A young lady named Latia Young approached me and offered to help. She was very polite and courteous and helped me with my decisions. I was extremely satisfied with her. She had a very sweet personality and was very kind. We need more people like her in the world to provide good customer service.

I've purchased furniture from a few places and I've, by far, enjoyed the experience at Rent-A-Center (Kinston) the most. The staff is friendly, courteous and does their best to understand the customers' needs. They greet you the moment you enter the store and do their best to deliver top-notch customer service, regardless of who is working or who the customer is. Rent a center has nice stuff and the employees are nice … I have been with them for a while and I also had some stuff with them some years ago through my mom account.
