I had to drive over 30 mines to this store to for an item my local store didn't have. I ordered online for store pick up. Although the website said the store was unusually busy and it would take longer for my order to be ready it was ready in only a couple of hours. When we arrived we were able to park and do curbside. We were loaded and done in only a few minutes. The guy who brought our items out was very friendly and nice.

Ordered a big appliance on sale over the Christmas holiday. Picked up several days later. When we arrived for curbside pickup, we parked in a curbside pickup space. Two employees brought the appliance out, handed us the receipt and helped us load the appliance in our truck. Great customer service with several, almost daily reminders were sent by email to ensure that we picked up the item purchased. Another employee came out to ensure it was loaded.

I had a great experience at lowes for my flooring installation. Mrs Tracy Flowers in flooring was very patient and knowledgeable of everything we needed and answered all our questions. Thank you once again Mrs. Tracy you truly are God sent. 10+

Always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of staff here. Which means, when you need help, someone's there. It's so overwhelming for me to just wander the store. Especially when I know exactly what I need, I just don't know where to find said item. Staff always knows what aisle, even when the aisle isn't marked with that item.

Has pretty much everything I need. Love getting my plants from here and things for the lawn. The free tire air it's always broken I wish that could be fixed. Other than that great location

Plenty of parking, found the faucet and plumbing needed to remodel the bath.

Leslie, Jenna, and others at the store went above and beyond for me. They were patient with all my "stupid" questions and no request was too small. Thye helped my husband sign up for a Lowes card as well as get am installation estimate set up which was able to happen the next day. No complaints at all.

I was able to quickly find what I needed! Thank goodness it was in stock! Store was well stocked considering the Christmas season!

My son is re-painting his house. The nice lady in the paint department was a huge help and very kind.

We started a countertop project with the Goldsboro store but were very disappointed with the customer service we received regarding a pricing error they made and declined to resolve so we went to the Kinston store seeking a solution. Allen Flanagan quickly identified the cause of the pricing error (which Goldsboro failed to do), discussed with his manager and they agreed to honor the price we expected despite the error not having been theirs. Great attitude, great customer service! From now on, the Kinston store will get all of our Lowe's business!

Lowe’s is a great Home Improvement store. You can literally find just about anything that you need from there.

Had to have a spare key made. The gentleman that helped me was super great. I love that I could get a key with different pictures on it.

Veteran parking great, staff very helpful, gave me my veterans discounts. Returned excess parts, very courteous, very pleased.

Nathaniel was so sweet with our pick up order. The pick up was even ready early. Everytime I go to my neighborhood Lowes they are helpful and always available

Lowes messed up, however they fixed the problem and gave me a discount, will definitely use them instead of Homedepot

Lowes always has what i need to complete the all too well known " Honey do " list.
No matter what type of job you are working on you can count on lowes to have the materials and the knowledge to help complete the task at hand.
There are also drink coolers with hydration and energy drinks as you may need to get the job done !

I had to go Lowe's Home Improvement store in Kinston to pick up some supplies. I had to ask two Associates where my items were located. She was on point but the BEST was a young man who went about his business of helping me get the supplies I needed and was very knowledgeable on his job to answer my questions. Jamir deserves a shout out!! Thank you so much Jamir for your help today. The Cashier was very nice and helpful.
