I rcvd orders from coworkers wanting food while I was out then suddenly had an order of 15 various breakfast sandwiches through drive-thru. They were going to pull up which was to be expected w/o having a call-in order but when I got to the window, they had everything cooked & the entire order was correct. These guys saved some hungry bellies early morning, thanks!

There were lines in both lanes of drive through but moved nicely. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was hot and made exactly as we requested, and we requested a lot of changes! Overall excellent experience! Thank you!

Stopped here about 5:30 AM last week for a quick breakfast. Excellent customer service - the employee was extremely nice. Order was accurate and service speed on point.

Our food was made to order. It was hot and delicious. The cashier was friendly and helpful!! I always enjoy a Mocha Frappe when I need a pick-me-up at work!! Great Job!!

I go for breakfast about two or three mornings out of the week and I can always depend on them to move FAST... THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT... THEY MAKE THE BEST FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE. some McDonald's make it to sweet or don't make it sweet enough or just give you no sweetener. All I can say is keep up the good work I hear other people talk about the services as well.

The mods on Wayne memorial always has broken machines so you can't use coupons for your Frappuccino. The mods on Berkeley is much better.

I had to add an extra burger to my meal but they were super fast about getting it out to me, everything was fresh and made to order the sprite was nice and fizzy and not flat. This McDonald's is one of the best McDonald's in my area, I live in kinston but I like to make the drive to this McDonald's for the good service and the fresh food.

The manager accidentally did not put an item on my order. I offered to pay for the item when he rang it up on the next ticket. He insisted on giving me the item for free due to his mistake. I appreciate the customer service!

This location rocked. Normally I only do McDonald's when there are no other options. Which in snow hill there are not many, so I was very happy when this McDonald's trip turned out to be one of the best tasting.

Good service and very clean. Snow Hill much nicer than hometown McDonald's.

We just stopped in for some ice cream after a meal out and we had great fast service and their ice cream machine was actually working unlike the location in our hometown, theirs is never working.

This is single handedly the best McDonalds (and I've been to a bunch all across the country) my wife and I have ever been to. Food was HOT and full of flavor.

A bit of a wait but, WELL worth it.

The McDonalds in Snow Hill is excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient and rating is awesome. Other area McDonalds need to step up your game

For me it's the sanitation rate! Always has a high score. My food is always right for the most part.
