Been to this location a few times now. Each time the service is quick, food is hot and fresh. Employees are very helpful as well.

Great hot food cheap. A double burger does not contain but maybe 1/4 to 1/3 pound of meat, though. 2 combos is less than $20 so you can get two! The sweet tea is included in the prices and it is Southern Sweet Tea at its finest.

We went inside to eat. They were very busy at the time. The cashier was so nice and polite. Got everyone through the line fast. Food came out so fresh we had to wait a minute for it to cool down. Everything was great.

Great fast dining experience. Delicious burgers, onion rings, fries, and fried okra. Staff was still arriving as we were eating early that day. Still first rate.

Been out of the US for almost 10 years and come back to this gem, good service, fantastic food and at a really great value, they have fried okra as a side! Highest recommendation!

We stop here often on our way to Emerald Isle.

Stopped by and got a milkshake about 4pm today, 4-16-19. It tasted great and was super thick. Good job by the young man making shakes. Very friendly staff and one of the nicest Cook Out restaurants I've been too. Like the way you kept the double drive thru with the inside dining area.

Its very clean and organized, they have a variety of drinks and food and its straight from the kitchen so its fresh! And the people who work there are very respectful and kind to the customers, I have never had a bad experience there it's great food, drinks, and just an all around great place and a great place to make great memories! 10/5 and best of all ITS CHEAP!!!

Fast service, friendly folks. Live the eggnog shakes

Ayanna is the best associate I’ve met in Kinston fast food. Her customer service is phenomenal. I came real late and I wasn’t expecting to get this service she provided at this type of restaurant. I couldn’t decide what I wanted but she was patience with me. She continue to be so kind. Then I was short 3 Pennie’s and instead watching me look around for the Pennie’s she allowed me pay with what I had. I was able to still find those Pennie’s. She is perfect and I think she should be a leader at this location. Promote her. Ayanna made me very happy. I felt valued.

We were able to get our food quick and we all got very different plates. Loved the okra!

I've always been a Cook Out fan, especially the milkshakes. This place looks pretty new, so everything was really clean. The food was good as per usual. Service was quick (albeit, it was pretty dead). It was a good experience.

Food was always fresh and beyond good. One of the best cook outs I have went to in a while. Definitely will always come back and return.

With what tastes like burgers you cook at home on the grill and like 40 flavors of great milk shakes, this place is by far my favorite burger spot. Never had a banana pudding milkshake? Do yourself a favor and try one..just amazing.
