Recommend! Everytime I've visited it's always been quick and accurate and friendly through drive-thru services. Visited inside today and service was friendly and restaurant very clean and seemed organized. Lots of indoor seating and patio seating available. Recommend a visit for your cravings!

Ordered at the kiosk and had no waiting as young man handed me my cup right away. Excellent grade for soft drink dispensing machine quality. (Seriously) I get fountain soft drinks to go from convenience stores and fast food places many times per week. Maintenance/attention on this equipment across all channels needs improvement. So when it's good - shout out. Thanks McD of Kinston!

Awesome staff. You can tell the morning lead person cares about the food they serve. Customer service was good. They were on top of it.

I was in and out of the drive-thru in only a few minutes. Wait time was completely acceptable in my opinion. Sandwich and fries both tasted good. I did see they had a couple of pull-up customers waiting.

This was honestly the very best mcgriddle I ever had! It was hot and buttery. The hazelnut coffee is back! Can't be any better!

By far, the CLEANEST McDonalds I've eaten at in a long, long, time. Family stopped on road trip, order was hot, fresh, quick, and accurate. Tables and floor were clean with no "sticky" residue on anything. Can't ask for anything better. It's a simple expectation and this location nailed it!

Every employee was SO friendly!!! It was nice to see Smiling faces! We had a huge order and it was not a problem at all! Kudos

Fairly quick service for breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday morning. Was just passing by and it was on my side of the road. Line moved fast, handed them money, they handed me food. Order was correct. Faster than expected.

This trip deserves 5 stars for a fast food restaurant. McDonalds french fries are delicious but when served cooked and salted perfectly along with perfect temperature they are unbeatable. Great job to the cooks. Burger was great too.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN! Also, fast and friendly service was a plus given the fact we were on the way home from a beach trip and truly just wanted to be in and out so we could get back on the road and get home! At that point we still had a few hours left to go!!:) They also had a 2 separate game system built into 2 separate walls for kids to play with while they are waiting for there food or just waiting for there family to get done eating themselves! Very creative and had multiple TVs for adults to enjoy while they wait for whatever or for the lone eater just enjoying themselves! I just REALLY LIKED this McDonalds ALOT and I think was just blown away bc my hometown McDonald's doesn't look ANYTHING like that one!

Exceptional kindness shown by staff! I desperately needed decaffeinated coffee and the cashier not only put on a fresh pot, she brought it to my table when it was ready. I was very impressed and told her manager, too. This restaurant will now be a regular stop whenever I pass thru Kinston.
