The food was hot and no waiting time friendly service and they repeat your order to make sure it is right.

It's usually a pretty good experience here. Employees are generally friendly in the drive-thru. If you don't use the McDonald's app for the free offers, are you even living?! Do yourself a favor and use them!! 🙃

Everytime I've stopped here the fries are so hot and good!! Also their milkshakes are delicious!

Was an amazing time, got my food fast and it tasted so good. The service crew was absolutely the best! The managers were on top of it. The cashier was so polite when I was ordering so BRAVO 👏👏 The staff was kind even when I heard a customer scream about her chicken nuggets saying she wanted more free nuggets because she said she was superior.

The food is cool. The organization of service was a bit not pleasant for me . The atmosphere is cool and peaceful. Dine in is a thing

Arrived for breakfast early in the morning, and ordered from kiosk. After ordering, we noticed that the tables were dirty. We cleaned our own table prior to eating. We were here about 30 minute's and no one came out to clean any tables. Trash and food on the floor. Several flies visible in the restaurant as well. Disappointed as I have eaten here before without complaint.

All of the employees are very friendly. It is a very busy restaurant, but they get your order out quickly, and tasty. You can always count on this McDonald's!

Did a mobile order for four items .. staff was hard-working and very efficient while I was waiting .. had to wait 20 minutes for my order, due to the staff having to fill SIX DoorDash orders along with many drive-thru orders before getting to mine .. manager apologized to me for the long wait .. food was piping hot and delicious .. order filled perfectly! Please keep up the good work!!!

Fast, friendly and accurate! Stopped on on drive through the area and there was a very long line of cars in both lanes but made it through within 10 minutes.. very satisfied as the food came out hot, fast and the service was very friendly. Recommend if looking for a quick stop!

I work at KCHC and needed a quick lunch today, so I went through the drive thru. The employees were outside & working like a fine oiled machine. AWESOME team work goes to these employees. Also, the team was nice & polite. Today was a hot day too. I’ll definitely give this establishment more of my business.

As always, food was great!! I got a big breakfast and everything was made fresh and to my specific order. Customer service they still need to work on. I know young adults need to start working somewhere , but the managers need to be more involved with the business instead of talking about personal things. This is supposed to be a family place, not some slum place!!! Work on your people skills McDonalds, you're likely to get more business!!!

The morning staff is excellent! Ms. Sharon is the star of the drive-thru window. She always has a wonderful attitude and gets your food out fast and it's never cold.

A great place to visit. We took the tour and very nice tour guide and knows her stuff. Had a great time. If you like NASCAR you will like to come here. Make sure you go on the tour of the track.

Definitely your typical McDonald's, staff always seems to be friendlier than most other McDonald's though.

I think this is my favorite McDonald's out of all other ones, for their food & sweet tea is always seems to taste a few steps above all the other places... So, I've learned it don't matter how close I am to another one in seeing distance it's worth the extra drive to be served food from this one..★★★★★+🌞

I got 2 really good sau. egg & cheese Mcmuffins and bought an elderly gentleman a McGriddle. Not saying that for props but for ID. The lady who waited on me is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HAS THE PATIENCE OF JOB! Thank you to the McDonalds staff for making this a GREAT gastronomic experience! 😊🤗😁🍳🥓

Drive through - employees were professional, courteous and friendly. Food tasted fresh (i.e. bread) and served hot, even my fries were perfectly salted.
