Big Lots

Well stocked and gr8 customer service. Good prices as well.

In my opinion from having my items delivered to me. I was very impressed by the amount of time it took this Big Lots to shop for my items. There was one item the store did not have in stock and it was the Hi Chew candy and the substitutions were Mike Ike's, but it was fine. My order was accurate and I will shop at this store again.

I hadn't been in a Big Lots for 2 or 3 years and was pleasantly surprised by the amount and variety of merchandise they carried! They have furniture,household goods,clothing,food items,dog food& other items for dogs, electronics and so much more! We were there to get things to stock/ supply our camper we just purchased an using Progressive Leasing as our form of payment.The cashier/ store associate (Pam) was very friendly and professional,even when we had to remove things that Progressive didn't pay for- (which was quite confusing) she was patient and smiled an laughed with us thru the whole process.Big Lots should be proud to have an employee like Pam representing their store! I will definitely be doing more shopping with them.

I love the lady at the register. I wish I could remember her name. She is a true gem!

Store was super clean. The girl at the register talked a lot. She liked every item we bought and said she may buy some. She said she needed some dog food and we told her that sure enough they carried two sizes of that brand. I think we taught her something new which is good. I don't think their lots are all that big but you cant fault an individual location for that. Anyway, this BL is nice and clean and the girl at the register was nice and also clean.

This store has done a SEVERE turn around and I love it! The selection is much better, the employees are all so nice and helpful. Only downer would be the bathroom not being up to par. But who uses public restrooms anyway? Lol.

I had so many items in my cart. The cashier helped me by using her hand held scanner. I love this store their are so many items to choose from

The store was clean and neat (except for restocking). I spent 2 hours just browsing and was able to find many items that I couldn't find at other stores.

Usually has anything that you want..I wanted some Christmas Flavored K cups and they had them! Great prices too.

I want to give a big thanks to Kim at the Big Lots in Kinston, NC. Kim went above and beyond customer service. I ordered a bed from this store. I moved into my new home and misplaced the screws for my bed. I called Kom and she went to work for me. She was able to get in touch with the company and order the hardware for me. Kim went above and beyond her position. Thank you Kim for all that you do.

Nice store to shop. They have everything you are looking for. They don't mind helping you at all.

I love shopping at BIG Lots they always have new finds,never know what you will find there.prices aren't to bad and they have furniture of all sorts,haven't been in a while due to deaths in family and myself being sick a lot and surgery.

Wonderful! Sales Associates very friendly...found what I was looking for "7"Flocked Christmas Tree"on sale! Love it!
