Ruby Tuesday

This was by far, the best dine in experience I have had at this location. Despite being short staffed, all were in good spirits. Our server Taylor was very attentive and the manager Kade had a great sense of humor. My family and I will be dining here again!!

The best ruby Tuesdays I have visited so far!!! Service was amazing, food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. Wait staff was so friendly, and Kade made sure we had a great dining experience. Will return for sure!!!

Stopped by Ruby Tuesday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the food and service that this ruby Tuesday had to offer. I got the philly cheese steak hoagie with a sweet tea. I also ordered a strawberry margarita. Everything was amazing. I had a bad experience with ruby Tuesday before and this visit completely made up for it

Came out from New Bern with the kids for the meet and greet with Santa, they did an excellent set up and it was a good turn out! Everyone was very friendly, meal was great, hope Kade does more events like this in the future!

Emecia offered us some of the best service I have had in a while. Food was hot. She was attentive and quick. Order was spot on. A large thank you to her!

My husband and I were there At the Kinston, North Carolina location for his birthday on December 6. The restaurant was fairly busy, and there was only one girl waitressing.
She did an amazing job! Kept her cool and methodically took care of everyone very efficiently! Her name is Emecia.
The poor girl should not have been left alone in the situation, but since she was, she took care of it very professionally.
This girl deserves a raise!!!
You want to keep her.

I always enjoy the salad bar and use it as my main meal. I usually order salmon as a side. This time, I ordered the rib appetizer (Ask for the sauce on the side and lots of napkins.) Mine were not as pictured with a light glaze instead it was swimming in BBq sauce. It did not look appealing. After I wiped off the sauce the ribs were good. The other dinner we ordered was a 6oz ribeye steak with Bella mushrooms and a baked potato. The steak was very good and the m'rooms cooked to perfection. The atmosphere 3 star is mainly due to the woman's bathroom. It needs major attention! Also I noticed the windows are grimy and it does not look dusted on a regular basis. Managers get on the ball with the bathrooms 🚻. There is absolutely NO REASON for that. Bring in someone to steam clean it from top to bottom every once in a while. So if you go in there complain every time about the bathroom. Maybe something will get done.

The over all experience was wonderful here, hostess was great, waiter was wonderful and attentive, food was fresh and hot, very helpful here. And they still offer military discount, what a plus.

I placed my order online, which unknowingly confused me. I thought it was allowing me to select 2 sides with my ribs, so I picked a baked potato and steamed broccoli. I placed the order and drove from King Street to the restaurant.

When I arrived, the staff greeted me when I entered the restaurant and informed me that the food was almost ready. It came out within a few minutes, and I left the area. I checked my bag once I got inside my car and there was no baked potato, so I returned to the inside.

As soon as I got inside, the staff asked me if everything was alright, and I told them I was missing my potato. One lady looked puzzled and looked at the receipt attached to the bag. Then she explained to me that the ribs only come with one side. I told her that I still wanted a potato, and she said, "Sure, I'll get it for you." As she went to the kitchen, I recalled I had selected the potato first, then the broccoli. If only one side was included, then the potato was replaced on the order when I selected the broccoli.

The lady returned with the potato, put it in my bag, handed it to me, and told me to have a good day. I asked her how much more I owed her, and she said, "Don't worry about it, It's on her." I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I thanked her and left.

Now the only reason I went to this restaurant was because a friend requested some ribs and the first restaurant of choice was closed. However, due to the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the restroom, the orderliness of the salad bar as I walked by and most importantly, the service this lady gave me, I will be back with my family!

She could have acted nasty with me and definitely could have charged me. Yet, when she noticed my confusion, she took the high road and helped me, although it was not required. I don't find customer service like this often, and I really appreciated it!

The Santa event was fun!! Kade and Emecia did a great job organizing it and making it very kid friendly! Great food and great service!

Really good fresh salad bar with kale on it and lots of other things I normally don’t expect. Excellent service as well. The light is out in the sign so it’s hard to find from the road at night.

The bad reviews almost kept me from going here. I was hungry, wanted some food and decided to go here. The manager greeted me upon entry and led me to my seat. The server came out immediately and took my order. Then the restaurant started to fill up with patrons. The staff that was working gave it their best. Yes, they seem short staffed, but they definitely handled the crowd the best way that they could while keeping a friendly disposition. They got my respect.

My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch, two simple meals. She had the salad bar which was very good, nice selection and fresh items. I had chicken strips with fries and a side of zucchini. The fries were ok but the chicken was excellent, nice thick pieces with just the right amount of crunch and perfectly cooked. The zucchini may have been the best I've ever had, it was surprisingly good. The server was efficient and pleasant. Although she was very busy she took care of us nicely without being too intrusive.

I highly recommend ordering the salad bar only. We order 2 entrées. Roast beef w/ mash potatoes and gray, and meaty penne. Both entrée were edible, at least, not worth the price. Salad bar had a great selection of toppings. The restaurant was understaffed. Our waitress was performing 4 jobs. Her position there is prep cook. After finishing her prep work, she took on hosting, waiting tables, food runner, and maintaining the salad bar. All this, and she delivered excellent services with a great attitude and a lovely smile

Friendly staff. Food was great along with the SALAD BAR! Try to make it whenever I am in Kinston!

The waitress was amazing. She was attentive and organized. She anticipated our needs and delivered them promptly. She kept us laughing and also appreciated our humor. The food was delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed the outing.

Thankfully it was a great experience. Especially the only chain for casual dining in the city of Kinston.
