Stopped in and was instantly greeted by friendly staff! They were super helpful throughout our shopping experience and they even have men size 14 in a lot of shoes including hey dudes. Will highly recommend to anyone shopping for shoes!! Thank you

Have driven by Peltz before and assumed it would be lower quality but was definitely surprised at seeing lots of quality shoes. Went there to try on a specific pair of sandals I saw online and couldn’t find anywhere online cheaper than $70, but was so shocked to see the same shoes at their store for $35 (their online site didn’t list it at clearance price, but I was glad that it was on sale in person). I ended up returning the sandals but both times I went the employees were very friendly. I would come back here.

I bought work boots from Peltz Shoes. However, after a few my steel toe started to separate from the shoe and push onto my toes.

I called Peltz Shoes to see about exchanging them for a new pair under the warranty. I spoke with Katie who was extremely considerate to my irritation and was happy to help me.

When I got to Peltz Shoes to exchange the shoes I was helped by Stephanie at the front counter. To my surprise Katie had my shoes already at the counter waiting for me. Stephanie and Katie made my exchange seamless and I was in and out with new shoes in minutes.

If you are looking for shoes at Peltz Shoes, I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to work with Katie or Stephanie. They are knowledgeable and considerate of your time and needs.

Jeanette was extremely courteous and very helpful. I came in just to pick up a pair of shoes that were under the counter for me. She very kindly assisted me in trying on a pair of Skechers which I didn't purchase. That was fine with her and no hard sell. I will be back.

Wonderful experience at this store! It was so clean and the staff was so friendly! They have a scanner to determine shoe size for adults and children and it was a game changer! I have 4 young children it really helped me to eliminate the shoe size guessing game. The store manager Steven is doing a great job with his staff! I’ll be coming here for all of my kids shoes now!

Steven gave me white glove service! Feet deserve ALL the TLC we can give them. Shoes are extremely important. Dont just go anywhere! Ine stop shop for Every shoe for every occasion!

I LOVE Peltz. It has been a go-to shoe store for my family for many years. I am disappointed, however, that if you purchase shoes online they will only REFUND your original form of payment - they will NOT exchange the shoes for another pair.
PLEASE CHANGE THAT!!

I came into the store today wanting a refund for a pair of Floorsheims I had bought two weeks ago. I did not have all the proper receipts, etc even though the policies were spelled out on the receipt and on signs posted at the cashier. I was distraught. I was probably not super nice, either.

But luckily for me, Stephanie Bowen was there. She helped me navigate my situation and came up with a perfect solution. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. I didn't even notice whether she was a manager or sales associate, but she sure handled it like a good manager would.

WOW! Today I visited this store for the first time! What a great shopping experience. I was treated like family by James (what an awesome guy!!!). He, and two other very helpful employees made my time at Peltz beyond enjoyable. I was so impressed with their service that I asked to speak with a manager, which I never do. She was also amazing.
It took me 50 years to find this store, and I'll never buy shoes anywhere else.

My Achilles heal got damaged a few years back and so I need to wear certain types of shoes. We found great shoes at great prices- much cheaper than competitors. And the folks were really friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back.

Visited this store Sunday February 6th. Stored opened at 11 am. We were greeted by the staff and one of the managers Robert Adams. Robert spent approximately 40 minutes with my husband and I helping me find a pair of shoes for my very narrow feet and also trying to locate a wide toed front on the shoes. He found a pair and I needed a size that wasn't in stock and it was not in the inventory. Robert was very patient and I appreciated his professionalism! I have shopped at Peltz Shoes for many years and I recommend this store very highly!

Great experience! My crazy kids are 3 & 5, so an outing is an exercise in patience for sure. We entered the store and were warmly greeted and taken great care of. They measure the kids’ feet and check the shoes for room to grow. Lauren is the best! And made us feel so welcome. The prices are decent, but well worth the easy, pleasant experience.

Lexi was Amazing! I came in with what I thought would be a difficult request to fulfill and Lexi got right to it. Not only did she find me the shoe I was looking for, but it was on sale! So I proceeded to shop for more shoes. Not finding the exact size I was looking for in the style I wanted, Lexi went to the back room because she knew some shoes had arrived today that hadn't been put on the floor. I came in looking for one unusual request and walked out with two pairs of shoes! What a pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, manager you have in Lexi!

I went to this location a few days ago. I felt welcomed when I walked in and Hannah was AMAZING and helped me with everything I needed. She even went out of her way to order the color of shoes I wanted when they were not in stock in the size I needed. I was so grateful for her help. She was wonderful!

I had a great customer experience with Franklin. He was very helpful, nice and polite. This was at the Tyrone Square location. This was my first visit to Peltz shoes and I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks Franklin!

First of all, The People!l; friendly, cheerful and helpful from the minute I walked in until I left with my purchase! If you need assistance, they’re on it. If you want to do self service, no problem, they’re on that too! The Store; clean and neat! Selection; the most popular brands varied by size and style, but well planned and organized with prices that won’t break the bank!
Forget the rest go to the best!

They have wide and extra wide sizes, thank goodness!!!!! So happy to have somewhere to go in town for extended sizes without having to always go online! Please continue to stock extended sizes in men's department!!! The gentleman who helped us this afternoon (5/16/22 around 4:30) was very helpful and appreciated all of his help.
