My husband and I booked 6 nights at One 11. We had the most amazing time that we are, less than a week later planning our return visit! It was more than a great experience! Starting with the staff who were all friendly and welcoming to the beautiful building and decor. The history of the building is incredible, don't skip the booklet! The view was breathtaking both from the room and the terrace. The area is notoriously noisy but we both slept beautifully. We were not disturbed by noise and the bed was so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were a perfect compliment to the hotel, but the best, the absolute best was Melissa, her suggestions were spot on and when coming back from a day of walking around the city to her "fresh squeezed " lemonade really made me feel absolutely pampered! Luxury at it's finest!

We have been to New Orleans many times and stayed in a variety of places. One11 is a relatively new space and was absolutely perfect. The history of the building was so cool and we loved the use of the old sugar mill. Location and amenities were exactly as needed. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. It felt like home. The bar and restaurant are both beautiful. To have everything within walking distance made all the difference. I highly recommend this spot.

Great and affordable hotel! Right pretty much in the French quarter within walking distance of everything, whether it is the Cafes or the Casino. The front desk was always super helpful and consistently were friendly between the 4 or 5 different individuals I interacted with. The building was secure with many key card check points to get in. 8th floor has a outdoor balcony lounge overlooking the river. Yes, there is a train once a night(~530am), but honestly not a big bother. The only con really is parking. There is a big lot next door that is super convenient but it comes at a cost of about $45 a day. I would stay again, front desk workers were the cherry on the top.

We picked One11 since it was a relatively new hotel and close to the French Quarter. We had a good stay. The rooms are modern and clean. The Launge are was nice and quiet. We did not have any food, only drinks in the downstairs bar/restaurant. The service was good. There is also a terrace with great views of the river and the French Quarter on the 8th floor.
The only complaint is that the front desk folks were somewhat aloof. One of quirks of the hotel is that they service the rooms only when asked. We asked for service one day when leaving the hotel late morning and we were told that we had missed the cut-off time for asking for service. Given that this is a tourist destination, we were expecting a little more attention and more guidance/information from the hotel team.
Overall, we would still recommend it given its location and given that everything is still new.

The was a very clean trendy place to stay. It was very safe and the staff was very nice. Great location easy to get to the convention center and all over downtown on foot. The few downs were the train is very noisy and WILL wake you up very early. If you are planning on working while here the WiFi is not secure and my company laptop rejected the use of it ( not good since this was a work trip). The free breakfast was disappointing but the Ruby slipper nearby had the best breakfast/brunch so we were glad we ended up there instead! We didn’t try the dinner there but they had a nice area if you wanted to eat there and hang around the hotel. All in all a nice place to stay.

We stayed here because our flight got cancelled and the hotel was super clean, everyone was friendly and the location was prime. This place is definitely a must and I believe the service was well above that of your standard luxury hotel chains. We usually stay in airbnbs but this hotel made us possibly reconsider that in the future.

Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great location! Easy and quick walk to the quarter. Park located behind hotel which is great for pets being that we brought our small dog to this pet friendly hotel. We stayed in the Cresent Suite for our long wedding weekend, and it was everything we could have wanted! They also do a complimentary room block which was amazing. Great lobby, bar area, and conference room. We spent a lot of time down here hanging out with all of our wedding guests, and they did amazing with accommodating this! We even took pictures in and around the hotel with no issues. We will totally stay here anytime we visit Nola.

My husband and I were married in New Orleans on October 10th, 2023. Our wedding party, including us, stayed the week at the One11 Hotel and we are so glad that we did. First and foremost, they offered us a complimentary hotel block which many hotels do not offer anymore. Secondly, they let us utilize the beautiful lobby space to welcome our guests to New Orleans. They have a beautiful patio with a pool and a conference room option as well. The rooms were clean and full of natural light but most importantly, the staff is amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly to all of our guests. The day we left, the front desk made a point to welcome our group back. Thank you One11 for your hospitality. You helped make our wedding week wonderful.

The hotel is one of the newer ones in the French Quarter area. Has a really cool vibe and the staff are very friendly. Like others have written, the train horn multiple times per night is rough but not the fault of the hotel. The bed is super comfortable but the pillows flatten out within 2 min. Overall great place to stay

The One11 was a wonderful hotel in an old sugar warehouse. The lobby, bistro, bar area is done in a retro style that accentuates the warehouse feel. Our room was not a typical rectangular room of modern highway motels. Old beams and brick were left to add an interesting atmosphere. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter, the riverfront, and a pretty easy walk to the WWII Museum. We did not eat there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

What a stellar experience! Hip and proessional vibes, convenient location, awesome room, helpful staff. This will be my go-to hotel in NOLA from now on.

This is probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s super clean, huge rooms and nice walk-in shower, robes, coffee, etc.

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The building is charming and updated. The sitting areas for socializing are plentiful. Gorgeous outdoor pool and seating area and also an enclosed sitting area that is cozy for those nights where you want to sit in and observe the outdoors.

This hotel is within walking distance of all of the happenings. You’re near Harrah’s, an aquarium, amazing restaurants, Bourbon Street and more. We’re glad we stayed here because when you’re ready to go to sleep, you want it to be less noisy and we were able to have that by staying here. Another plus is that when you need to go anywhere, you won’t wait more than 7 minutes for an Uber or Lyft. This will be our go-to hotel for when we come back here again.

The newest and last hotel in New Orleans! The story that it was built in the former sugar factory was interesting. It was very bright and the bedding rustled pleasantly. In particular, there was a terrace that was the best for enjoying the fourth July fireworks display. I was surprised that I had to request room cleaning for a hotel that I paid close to $400 for. One of the middle towels was empty on the first day, but there was hair on the other towels. I applied for room cleaning while leaving the tour the next day, but when I returned at 5pm, it was not done. When I told the desk, they arranged it belatedly, but when I returned after dinner, the bathroom was not cleaned at all and the amenities were not filled. We felt that cleaning was pointless. So for 4 nights we stayed without room cleaning. During my stay, there were some problems with the bathtub drain and the water pressure was very weak. I want to believe that it would have been different if it had been a different room. Even our room had a view of Westin's parking lot, so it was as if there were no windows. The staff were really friendly and nice, but the room cleaning was a bit disappointing.

That's exactly what I expected. There is some noise, but that is to be expected. Which wasn't a bother to me. The only flaw was the swing of temperature during the night. Woke up cold and hot through the night.

Great location!!!

WOW, What a find! Located on the river side in the French Quarter, this boutique hotel ticked all the boxes. Beautiful in a historic building , the restaurant and bar are fantastic and the service was amazing.

The employees here were very friendly and polite. The rooms were nice with comfortable mattresses and towels. The shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Our room's windows were frosted, so there was no view but still let light in. The location is great. My only issue, to no fault of the hotel, is the train that runs and the whistle they use. The hotel does supply earplugs. And they let us check in at 830 am without any extra charge like some other hotels.

Great stay at One11. The hotel is stunning, we loved the style. Rooms are super comfy, the restaurant is great, the breakfast has good value. The pool is so nice on warm days! Employees are very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect, close to both the French Quarter touristic area and the Warehouse District good restaurants. Beware if your a light sleeper and you can't wear earplugs, the hotel is very close to the train tracks and nights are not silent!
