Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort, an IHG Hotel

We just stayed for a few days to have some family time and celebrate 2 birthdays. Fantastic place! The room was HUGE! We were 5 and had tons of room. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Tony The One And Only and Kyle the bartender were exceptional! So helpful and friendly. Super close to everything and walked everywhere. Will definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night after our cruise ended and needed to fill a one day gap between the cruise and our 5 day timeshare stay. From the moment we walked in everyone, and I mean everyone was extremely nice,helpful and welcoming, unlike the place we are in now. I want to say where this is but will wait until after our stay. Maybe they will change our minds.
I wish we could go back and stay here for the rest of our stay.
This is a great location for parade watching between Uptown and French Quarter. We easily bounced around throughout the day and we're able to run back and forth to drop off our bounties and use of a clean restroom. And don't let me forget the room... it was big with high doors and windows, lots of light filled our rooms. I wish I took pics. We had the two bedroom for 5 people and the price I found was very similar to a single average hotel room in the vicinity.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The best part of this hotel are the smiles and service from Mr. Tony and Mrs. Sue. Their happy demeanor and infectious smile showed the true definition of welcoming hospitality. They made you feel like family each time they saw you.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was a 10/10. when I say extremely friendly, I mean just that. I wish I could remember exact names, because I would be happy to give them credit. Even the sales pitch for the presentation was friendly. I did not take them up due to short stay(but offers sounded really good) and again sales rep was great. I have already told several family & friends to look at booking with this location. Almost forgot, amazing location.

Awesome property and location!!! Just 1 block from Canal street! So you get the peace & quiet, but just short walk away from Bourbon St! Streetcar also stops right by the resort! The staff was AWESOME! Especially the greeters at the front door, never felt so welcomed to a hotel/resort!! Rooms were super spacious! I got a 1 bedroom which was huge! There was a rooftop heated pool as well as gym! Would definitely stay again!

Soon as I arrived I knew I made the right choice!

I was greeted by Ms Sue who has the most genuine bubbly personality. She greets you with a smile and is ready to assist immediately. She was able to assist with luggage and my daughter loved her :)

Then the checkin process started with Kileigh who was amazing! Great hospitality very knowledgeable made the checkin process beyond smooth.

I had a room accommodation that I requested and Jessica came to assist. Jessica embodied what southern hospitality was and IS! She was able to assist and support quickly. I’m very grateful and my family is as well. Jessica went above and beyond giving us some tips on restaurants and things to do.

This is my first time in New Orleans but I can truly say this hotel is where you want to be. The atmosphere and the team is 10/10 I would even say the family because thats how they make you feel here!

All the people employed here are amazing! They went the extra mile. Bartender was top notch. Ricky is amazing and as reason to make sure we stay at the location.

The initial check in person I apologize but his name started with a “p” and we bonded over wisconsin dells .. was impressive and super helpful.

Clean and spacious and great location to catch the trolleys . Kind of nice not to stay in the heart of French quarter for noise. Quiet!

My first time in New Orleans and I’m so glad I stayed here. Everyone I interacted with from check in to check out was awesome but Ricky the bartender made the trip extra memorable with classic New Orleans drink recommendations, local places to visit and a great guy to chat with. Highly recommend this property for its proximity to pretty much everything, great service and great rooms.

We had the absolute best time in Nola staying at this resort with our 2 toddlers for a girls trip! Bre was able to secure our rooms for us the day before check in, Tony was wonderful with helping us get our items up to our room (we had a lot!), sue always had a warm smile on her face, & soo thankful for Jessica at the front desk for making accommodations for us to ensure we had the best stay! She was continually checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The staff here is top notch and by far the best of any holiday inn resort we’ve stayed at. We ended up staying in the 2 bedroom villa which was huge and perfect for the kids to run around in! The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Definitely will stay here again!

We stayed in a signature suite. Very nice. King beds in both rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They treat you like family. Southern hospitality at its best! It's location couldn't be more perfect! Everything is in walking distance. Get you a 24 hour jazzy pass for 3 bucks. You can ride the streetcars to the French market. Best way to et around the city. The best part of the hotel location is that there's a domino's pizza within stumbling distance of the hotel. Last 2 nights on our drunk walk back we stopped at domino's for a fresh pizza. Best pizza ever!

From the door you're welcomed with a southern style greeting, beads and all! All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. I'd definitely stay there again!

The staff, especially Mrs. Sue, were friendly and helpful. It's only a block from Bourbon Street and a main streetcar stop for many of the lines. Close to good food and music and a couple blocks away from the Uptown Mardi Gras parade route.

We stayed here and it was just the best! Best room, we stayed in a suite, so lots of space, full size kitchen. Best location, close enough for us oldsters to walk down Bourbon Street to Cafe de Monde, trolleys so close to take us to the French market and the cemeterys. And best front desk concierges, helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this location for our anniversary and first trip to New Orleans and it did not disappoint! Apart from the actual location being great, the entire staff was fabulous, most especially Brandon. I spoke with him prior to our arrival to arrange to have flowers delivered and he assisted with that and then we arrived to find a card and bottle of wine in our room to celebrate. This was the best vacation we have had in large part due to staying with these guys. Everyone was just wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

My good friend has a time share with Holiday Inn Club Vacations and this place was absolutely awesome. I totally love the layout and the location. One day I would like to become a member.

The staff makes this place. The rooms are very nice and clean, but the staff makes you feel wanted and part of the family. We can't wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing service!!! The entire staff seemed to have a personal stake in making our trip better. The room was great and just a block off Canal st. I cannot imagine a better experience with a hotel anywhere!

As a owner I recommend this location for the location but don't rent a car if your coming from out of town. You are in the middle of where you want to be.

I know this is a public review, but I want HICV New Orleans to read. I CANNNOT stress to you how Vital Ms. Sue is to this location. Ms. Sue has been the most welcoming, helpful and friendly staff member I have ever encountered at a HICV property or hotel. As it was our 1st time in N.O. , she made everything flawless and less daunting. This woman deserves a raise!!
