Von Maur

A great overall shopping experience. Associate Kelly on the men's department is fantastic. She helped myself and my son pick out suits for his graduation. She suggested shirts, ties, socks, shoes and pocket squares. Every spring she helps select my vacation wear. Overall, my favorite men's department.

Store is beautiful. Clean and most of the people who work here are nice. It could be a little pricey but good deals on the sale rack

Good variety of clothing, perfumes and foot wear. But price is not that cheap. Clean and well maintained store. Good customer experience.

Everyone always tells me don't go there it's to expensive and the employees are snooty. Totally wrong on both accounts. I went there a couple of weeks ago and was treated extremely well and got an outfit for under 50 dollars. Plus when you see things like this....extremely well merchandised...it makes shopping fun!!!

I’m giving five stars to Sheree for her wonderful customer service. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and can do attitude. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location.

I don’t shop here and I probably never will but the restrooms here are top notch! Every time I’m in a mall with a Von Maur in it I know where I’m going to be relieving myself at. Von Maur’s restrooms are probably some of the best public restrooms in the United Sates of America

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a department store. Von Maur is an A+ quality store, and is a great place to buy gifts. I did all of my Christmas shopping there this year, and everything was neatly boxed and wrapped by the staff here. I even went back the next week to get a few more items, and Maraue upstairs in the men’s section was especially helpful. This is a great place to shop if you haven’t checked it out!

My daughter and I had the best experience in the shoe department! We had an extremely nice associate help us find just the right shoes for my daughter who has lots of issues with her feet! I think his name was Jermaine, he was so patient and kind and we found 2 great pairs that he suggested and she was very happy! ( and I was thrilled!) best shoe shopping experience we have ever had!

I'm writing this review to highlight just how phenomenal this employee is. However Im unsure if you're aware of the talent you have in your building. This employee made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention she was very knowledgable on how to apply each and every product I purchased with her. Even provided me a demonstration on the importance of layering each product and the benefits on how each product would affect my skin. (In a good way) You follow me. This young lady needs to be in the corporate world for Clinique, not in a physical store. She has exactly what it takes to excel as a district regional director or a Regional director of Clinique. Von Maur you have selected a Gem and her personality is unmatched. Ms Tyequiece is a very humble and kindred spirit woman. Von Maur she has too much knowledge, expertise to be closed in on a store level with expectations of just selling. Please allow her too excel on a another level , Im sure you will not be disappointed on how far she will take you and the company. (Sidenote I attempted to give her a hard time just to see her response. She never frowned up at me, are even provided me attitude. Von Maur individuals like her don't stay on entry level long. So enjoy her attributes, what she bring to the team.

great service! Loved the Christmas Decorations!

The staff do an incredible job with customer service. I think Von Maur has been affected by the pandemic and I sure hope to see it merchandised to three full floors in the future. The flow is not great since they condensed everything to two floors, leaving customer service still on the third floor. The store is super clean, organized, nice variety of styles, really clean restrooms, etc. I love that you can get a box and have gift wrap. No other store like this one in Atlanta, and if you don't have their credit card you should look into getting one! Real asset to a city that has lost a lot.

This is truly one of my favorite and absolute BEST places to shop. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Even my husband, who hates to shop, is impressed with the stores appearance and service. I love their shoe department; it's a rare occasion I've left empty-handed. "RICH" and the other associates in women's shoes are all very attentive, courteous and professional. This is a great store in every aspect.

I had no idea the customer service at the store was so awesome! I wish I knew the name of the lady in the women’s department over by petites! She’s so extremely helpful! Next time I shop I will certainly ask her name all I remember is she had on a beautiful David Yurman bracelet.
