Amazon 4-star

I purchased an Apple Pencil for my daughters Christmas gift. I was excited just as much as she was because she wants to create digital art and I thought it would be a great investment. I was already at Perimeter Mall, so to see that this store had several pencils, I was ecstatic -plus I was given 3 free audiobooks. Checkout took longer than usual, because the associate kept going to the back, but this is typical for the holidays and Atlanta. I waited patiently and the gift has been stashed away until Christmas Day. Today, my daughter comes to me confused because the pencil will not charge. The pencil isn’t magnetic and is not adhering to the iPad to charge. She also pointed out that there wasn’t an apple logo and a weird port. I saw sadness in my daughter and my heart sunk. She’d been looking forward to this, only to find out ITS A COMPLETE KNOCK-OFF!!! I hurried to the store, but they are closed today. I wasn’t able to leave a voicemail. I will drive back tomorrow and hopefully they refund my purchase with no hesitation. I will for now on buy apple devices from a legit authorized retailer. Rating will be updated upon resolution
Update: Management was proactive in rectification of the issue.

Great Italian food experience. Nice small bar. I have visited twice, once for dinner and one for lunch. I will definitely return with friends and family.

Super difficult to find the store if you are going by Google maps and did not show on mall directory. Its on the 2nd floor near Nordstrom. The selection is actually a better way to browse than I expected. They have items that are brand new and on back order on the Amazon website and have a really nice promotions book. Very strongly recommend giving it a look.....if you can find it in the mall of course.

Mada told me to do the survey but I honestly couldn’t get the link. Service was amazing. I bought an Amazon fire stick and a few other items. Sam and Mada were very welcoming and helped me out a lot. I also saved money for being an Amazon prime member. 10/10 would recommend very clean and neat. They had a lot of cool items as well.

This store is pretty awesome, and the floor staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The only thing I found odd was that the cashier told me in order to pay with cash I would have to have exact change because they had no tender to make change 🤑.... This location is in a mall meaning there are multiple vendors around in which the store could trade large bills for change. Instead, the store just refused cash unless you had the exact amount down to the penny.

Sometimes you just have to see and feel an item before you buy it, and with Amazon (and online shopping in general) being so popular, this store helps you get an idea before pulling the trigger for stuff you may have eyeballed in the past online.
Everything in the store is 4+ star rated so you're sure to find something cool for yourself or as a gift. There are also items with a Prime Member discount attached which is an incentive to look around.
Neat store

Although I'm not overly fond of Amazon as a whole, this Amazon store has some of their top choices sold online for in-store selection which is fun. This particular occasion I attempted to drop off some online returns to be sent back to Amazon. I believe you normally have to stand in line with regular purchases but the door greeter, possible a supervisor was there to help and got my return completed quickly while answering all my questions about the whole process. The wonderful service she provided would make me happen to return to this location.

Very cool store. It was nice to be able to look at some Amazon products in person. The staff was super friendly the day we visited. I liked being able to check out cashless via my Amazon account.

So excited to have one of these in Atlanta! Store has a variety of items including books, kitchen stuff, electronics and random items. If you have Prime and a Prime price is offered for an item they can just scan the code from your Amazon app and you will get the price and also have the option to pay using your form of payment on your Amazon account.

Great store full of all kinds of gadgets and books. Very organized. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. One of them even brought me over a basket for my items.

Great store, part Sharper Image/Brookstone, part bookstore. Lots of great books and cool gadgets to browse. A fun store to visit and a unique place in a mall that is more and more only clothing stores.

Went in there and it was soo cool 😎 staff was really nice and all that stuff in there was just like ordering inline. Also you can pick up and do returns here. 😃

It was great to have the products you look at online physically in a store. I hope they make these stores bigger and bring more items in.

A great place to find your everyday, but unique essentials. A huge variety of products to choose from. Place does get busy especially since its inside Perimeter Mall

Just like Amazon.com but at an actual store. They don't have everything you'd find on the website but they have the most popular items as well as some new stuff you probably wouldn't yet find on the website. Nice staff there too. Check them out if you're in Atlanta at the Perimeter Mall

I love this store and was able to find a Lego here that I've had a hard time finding anywhere else. Just in time for my son's Christmas.

Way better experience than I expected. An absolutely delightful store with plenty of merchandise. Especially unique was the trending in Atlanta section.

Pretty neat store. Tons of discounts if you're a prime member. Wouls definitely go back, especially if they open more stores.
