I always go to Duhon's to get a key cut or a lock rekeyed.
Never had a problem.
There is a reason that the big box stores can't compete with places like this, it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The Duhon' staff is actually happy to help you.
They are a little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.
