Clean, well lit and organized I can find stuff I was looking for.
I can try on my clothes and if I didn't like them I did not have to mail them back. I really like my Box stores.

Great store clean store I did only get my haircut there but they look like they had sales going on that would be very interesting so this is a store to check out You never know what sales will have going Don't forget to stop by the hair salon and have your haircut Mis V Is the one you to see

They are constantly having awesome sales... I literally just saved $175$ on 4 purses. Also, they were all from a high end brand name, making them undoubtedly the greatest bargain I've gotten so far this year!

The clothes are beautiful, but kind of expensive depending on the brand. But there is daily sales throughout the store. Also, the customer service is great.

Easy to shop and return although I do not care for their lack of checkout counters. Takes a lot of time to checkout.

I found everything I needed. The only problem was that the cashier told me the items I had were not on sale. It was 8 pm at the time, and they were closing, so I made the purchase, went home, and checked online, and the items were on sale. I went back the next morning for the price adjustment, and after explaining to a different cashier, she still told me they were not on sale. I asked her to just check online, and she did, and things worked out after that. I wish the employees would be more willing than they are to check the online prices instead of going back and forth with customers. I still love JCPenney, though....especially a sale.

Was able to find the clothes I needed basic essentials like Levi's on sale too

This place was pretty great. Had several very nice ladies working in kids department that helped us out and got in and out within 20 mins. They had uniform and uniform type clothes, for my son, on sale. And also had Mario clothes ..which my son fell all over himself when he saw ;) great place!

In and out fast with exactly what we needed. Very polite workers too.

Great selections at great price point. I'm 5'9 and the purple gave some extra length while the blk and white was a tad bit short.

Stopped by for a haircut at the Salon and had such a great experience. I was with a friend who was reluctant to trust a new stylist so the salon mgr. convinced us to let her do his cut personally. She was very attentive and patient throughout the process as I had to translate as well, such Great Customer Service ! Will be back...

The store was definitely empty but only because of the holidays. Customer Service was great! The young lady that checked me out was helpful with price checking!

The Sephora rep wasn't that knowledgeable about their products, so she really couldn't suggest anything that I wanted.

Nice clean store with friendly employees and a great selection of clothes, jewelry and home goods. Handicap accessible parking outside of store. This location is highly maintained and the staff is also very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are always fair and products are great quality. All of their services are top notch. I would highly recommended this location if you and in the area and In need of a good store, you will not be disappointed.

Shopped end of season for my son some shorts for school. Had so much to choose from. Great quality clothing at affordable prices .. and if you catch items on sale its even better.

This store is always very clean.They have good products for a low price. That being said if you need help good luck finding a staff member.

I enjoyed shopping there even more. Because they had a lot of things on sale. Oh my!! You wouldn't believe how much I saved! If you're looking for great deals, you need to get there in hurry, but make sure you don't run any red lights. You're make it there in time to get what you need, just like I did.
