Nice! A clean store, well stocked and great customer service.

THIS WALMARK IS IN A SMALL TOWN, BRULEY, LOUISIANA ACROSS THE MISSISSIPPI BRIDGE FROM MY HOUSE. THE STORE HAS ALL OF THE SUPPLIES THAT THE SUPER WALMART HAS IN. BATON ROUGE, WAS EASY TO FIND WHAT I WAS SHOPPING FOR, AND TO SELF CHECK OUT.

Like all or most Walmarts, this has what you need on short notice or when you least expect it. Anything from food, liquid, furniture, entertainment system, security system, auto, auto parts, and more.

Love this Wal mart. Great selection. Fast grocery pick up!

Great place to stay , friendly to RVers , and you can buy anything you want there.

Friendly staff that are very helpful especially in the Pharmacy

This is my local Walmart store, I visit the store at least twice a week. Unless an item is out of stock [which is rare], I usually find what I need there. It is never too crowded or have long lines except during holiday shopping. It has a good deli and a good selection of fresh produce. It also has a pharmacy, vision center, hair salon, money transfer desk and a subway. I have never had an incident with any associate, they are usually polite and helpful.

Went in the Subway located inside the Walmart. I did grad a few snacks for the road. I also noticed that not all of the Walmart carry the same products.

Plenty of shopping and some fast food options available..

I really enjoy the selection this Wal-Mart brings. I always find what I need here. Other Wal-Mart's don't have the space or the people, but this one is located perfectly. Only thing I can complain about is the money center closes at earlier times than plaquemine Wal-Mart. I need to cash my check after 6pm, so I have to go a greater distance because this location is closed. Otherwise, this is my preferred store.

I placed a pickup order at the incorrect location. Received a called and found out that bit was in Port Allen. The employee was very understanding and super nice about my mistake. Told me to come when I could and they would hold it an extra day. Decided to go there and not wait. Anyone who lives her knows you should not cross rhe bridge in the afternoon rush from Baton Rouge to Port Allen and back. I did and when I called to let them know I was outside at pickup she brought my order right out with a smile. Thanks for the great attitude on my mistake.

They're always fast and very friendly here. I go there for my pick up orders and have never had to check in yet. They always come ask who we're there for, before I can even pull the app up to check in.

The manager and the staff that work in the auto parts at this store are excellent! I went in there on several occasions to have work done and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy. I can't say this for too many stores. I can't say that most stores are always polite but this store they were friendly and the service was timely in a good way. It did not take long even with two other customers in front of me and the job was done correctly. I think they deserve some recognition as far as excellence in customer satisfaction. Thank you Walmart auto center in Port Allen louisiana.

Walmart is always clean and well worth the price

Came to the pharmacy, my life in shambles. The drop-off, pick-up, and consult windows, all three got me together quickly & sweetly (not reqd at all). Didn't have the info/docs I needed for a smooth transaction, but the pharmacy made a way. Left skipping to my car with my baby's meds.

Its "Amazing" that all 3 Walmart stores in the Baton Rouge Area, that we went to...
Every single employee, we even went nesr..
They were "extremely severely polite, nice, friendly" and even helped us, just bcuz they could see we did not know the lay out of the store !!
That is a huge change from our Walmart Stores in Lake Charles,La!!
We've been there our entire lives..
We were there before Walmart came to our cities of Lake Charles, and surrounding City of Sulphur La. Including, West Lake and Moss Bluff !!!
There has never been this many employees stop working to come say.. Ma'am, can I help you?? I hope you have a great day.. and walk across the entire store demanding they go show the customer's what we are looking for !!

But they can't help the entire zt

the new self checkouts have greatly improved the entire experience (rarely do I have to wait in line, AWESOME!!!). the employees are great and the store is well maintained.
Update: Never have I felt like royalty in a Walmart till a woman noticed a sad look on my face while I was staring at an empty spot in the freezer. She asked what I needed, and saw the coworker who could help. He came from the back with my item and asked if I just needed the one, or did I need two. I was so shocked,
kind of speechless! Also, I used the grocery pickup a few times, the service was amazing and honestly I can't lift anything heavy, so I'm glad for the people who carefully handlw my goods. Bulky or heavy items in the back of my vehicle, and so gracious.
