Going to Best Buy is always a good experience. It's always easy to find things in Best Buy. Items are clearly labeled, and prices are reasonable. Every time I have gone there to make a purchase, the staff has been very kind and made it their mission to help me find what I am looking for. Online pickup is also a very smooth process.

We came in for a Geek Squad appointment today. A young lady named Cee helped us, and she was the star of the show. She was patient, courteous, and worked to help me find the right Xbox accessories for my son. She is an asset to this location.

Ordered a refrigerator online. I was notified by email, and picked it up a few days later.
Pickup process was smooth and quick.

Need a very specific computer for video editing. The associate was helpful, showed him my requirements and he gave me a range of options. No pressure. Was in and out in under 30 minutes.

My son and I were in search of a new laptop for college. Everyone who assisted us was extremely helpful from making sure the laptop we selected had the right specs for his field of study to discussing payment options. We were very satisfied with our purchase.

Perfect place to get your electronics and home appliances, variety of brands and products to choose from. Competing prizes and quality products. The home brands Insignia is also decent. I would recommend the store for any electronic needs.

My visit today was to purchase a new cable modem router for the office. The gentleman at the entrance door was pleasant and directed to the aisle I needed.

Rez was finishing up with a customer and shortly after, made himself available to assist me. He listened to my need and promptly began his search for the exact brand and model I requested.

He was knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions in a simplified way for me to clearly understand.

Rez exemplified great customer service and was very helpful even at the checkout counter suggesting that I purchase additional warranty coverage.

My husband and I walked into the store with the intention of buying a Fire Stick for TV streaming. Our experience with Dakota was exceptional. He provided us with efficient and effective customer service by promptly showing us where the device was located. He also offered us the extended warranty and membership with Best Buy. Thanks to his knowledgeable assistance, we were in and out of the store in just a few minutes.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to my needs and wanted to make sure I left with what I was looking for.

Stopped in with a couple coworkers to pick up equipment for a project at our Baton Rouge office. While our coworker searched for what we needed, the rest of us chatted up Blaine about good local eateries. He recommended a local place that was excellent. We returned the next day to purchase more equipment. Keith was moat helpful in locating exactly what we needed. Superior customer service.

Went in with Mom to buy a new computer. The salesperson was not pushy and did not try to sell her a high dollar computer that she didn't need. The manager was very friendly and fun.
