Rooms To Go

Warren was a great help! I was nervous about the furniture buying process because I was reluctant to buying online (I like to see things in person) and didn’t want a pushy salesman at a store. He was very nice, knowledgeable, respected my budget (even though I liked a sectional over budget 😉), and made everything so easy. He explained every step. Definitely going there again when I have a home of my own and need to furnish it!

We loved working with Brittany Moseley! She spent about two hours with us, showing us every bed in the store. She was so patient answering dozens and dozens of questions we had about each mattress. She is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she is a sweet and kind person. She made the whole experience very enjoyable, Rooms To Go is lucky to have her!!

My husband and I were pleasantly greeted by Brittany Moseley at our Baton Rouge Rooms To Go. We were shopping for a new mattress and she was so patient and knowledgeable about the type of mattress we were looking for. She not only answered all our questions, but she was very interesting to talk to. She was very professional, but also very friendly. She helped make a very difficult decision very manageable and more pleasant than we expected.

Mrs. ANNETTE OMG is so amazing. She was very patient with me. She showed me all the choices and she worked with me when I wanted to make changes and especially when I was undecisive. She even took the time to show me my choices that fit into my budget. Her spirit, kindness and soft spoken voice made you feel welcomed and that she had your best interest at heart with their inventory. Now the only problem is if you a slow walker you gotta put some pep in your step to keep up with her because, baby she was high stepping lol. But I loved every bit of my experience there and with her. Thank Mrs. Annette and Rooms To Go.

I had walked the entire store and no one but Mrs. Helen stopped me with a smile and greeted me with so much positive energy. She listened to me and guided me to what I felt will complete my chick room. I also liked she wasn’t trying to show me items to run the bank up.Thank you Mrs. Helen!

Annette and Kiera were fantastic at helping me buy a new living room set. I’ll definitely go back and work with both of them. Annette was very hands on but also gave me space to shop and not feel pressured which I loved. She answered all of my questions. Nice lady.

Absolutely wonderful experience all around. Sana was amazing and helped so much! She was very attentive to what we needed and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Didn’t pressure us into anything and made us feel comfortable.

SCOTT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He's awesome to work with!! He isn't pushy, he asks lots of questions but not too many to make sure he points you in the right direction! He has a GREAT personality! Hands down who you need to ask for to have a great shopping experience!!

Been to a few stores and we couldn’t find the one we wanted. Jennifer Murphy made this very easy for us. We weren’t sure about the dimensions so we came home and measured. I called her and she was able to send me a link to check out from my home. If you go into the store definitely ask for Jennifer.

I purchased the ModularOne couch from Rooms To Go on Siegen. Jennifer was super helpful but not pushy at all. I actually made a couple of trips there over the span of a few weeks because I couldn’t decide on the configuration and color I wanted. Jennifer was patient, shared different options with me, but never made me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I haven’t even received the couch yet, but based off of my experience as a customer, I would definitely shop here again.

We went to Rooms To Go to look at a new bedroom set. As soon as we walked through the door we were met with Helen. She took us around the store looking at different pieces and was able to find us the perfect set. We will definitely be back to see Helen! She was great!

Jennifer helped me out with all of my needs I came there with, I got several different things and she was very thorough with explaining things to me throughout the whole process, she answered all my questions with expertise and was able to confirm lots of information to me. I came to Rooms To Go a last week to look for Paris theme decor for my daughter’s room. Ashley was there to help me the entire way! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and even walk thru the store with me going over some things. She told me about the decor club which i will be coming back to sign up for. Kentrell was a delight to work with. We are very happy with our sectional. The delivery was smooth and they cleaned up and set everything up. Will use them in the future.
