Macy's

I went there in hopes to finding a bracelet to fit my 4&1/2 inch wrist. Which is almost impossible. I knew what I was looking for -it had to be silver and adjustable preferably a bolo. I looked literally everywhere. As the mother of the bride, which is stressful, looking for something that probably doesn’t exist added to my stress level!
The salesperson caught my eye and she could tell I was getting upset. All I can say is heaven sent me an angel, Cassaundria! She asked what I was looking for and that she could help. I doubt it, I looked at EVERYTHING. She brought me at least 10 different styles to try on, and she understood my frustration. She kept saying we are going to find something. I showed her a bracelet that I REALLY liked but it was in GOLD☹ She recommended I try it on and see what I thought. Carefully she removed it from the box and slipped it on my wrist. It is beautiful. I love it EXCEPT IT IS GOLD. She excused herself and said she’d be right back. She returned with a slip of paper with a number on it. I asked what this was. The WEB ID # to order the SILVER one online! I almost fainted. I sat right there and began to order. Oh and by the way the original price was $140.00 and it is on sale for $42.00! Now 🥹tears of joy. You get free shipping as well. I also had $10.00 in rewards = $32.00+tax!! It came in today and it is perfect! Words cannot express how happy she made me. Sweet kind and caring. Don’t find that too often these days!

Jessica Boudreaux was absolutely amazing!!!! She was knowledgeable and her product knowledge was impeccable! She made the difficult decision of purchasing a mattress simplistic. She has the perfect personality for sales because it didn't come off as rushed or pushy, in fact, her presence is calming. It was also a learning experience because I learned so much about mattresses in such a brief amount of time. If you are looking for a mattress, do not hesitate! Go to Macy's and ask for Jessica!

Love coming here when I come to Baton Rouge. They have a great selection of clothes and other items and the prices are competitive with other merchants.

Macy's is a great place to purchase skin care, cosmetics, and clothing. They always provide the latest and hottest fragrances. I can always find what I need be it clothing, shoes, or formal wear. 💘

Enjoyed shopping for clothes for my nieces they're having a two for one sale

My sales associates name was Myra, young lady with a beautiful spirit of service. I have not enjoyed shopping like this in a long while. I shared my appreciation of her service with her Supervisor, who was glad to hear the report. Excellent asset ! Kudos to Macy's!!!!

Shout out to Ms. JoAnn in the bedding department. I was in the store today and she helped me so much. She took the time to point out the best sheets and even went the extra mile to special order the size and color I needed. Wonderful experience!

Racheal Celestine was awesome in helping my grandmother in finding the right stylish and comfortable shoe! She was very patient and energetic and even had health advice from her own grandmother! We finally found the right shoe after 100 pairs and success! Thank you Racheal and Macy’s!

You can find any type of clothing that you’re looking for in there store. The store has designer, clothes, handbags, shoes, bowties, make ties, casual dress jeans in a tie you looking for and also a lot of discounts.

This really has nothing to do with Macy’s or maybe it does. I went into macy’s for the first time in….I’m not sure how long and I saw they had Dior. Had to sample it. Love it. But what I loved the most was that they (Dior and Macy’s) stood by Johnny Depp and didn’t give up on him. It warms my heart that there are still companies that support that man after everything that has happened 🥰
