The store is a match made in heaven! There's so many shoes.🥰😍🤗 I'm a shoe kinda girl, so you can imagine seeing never ending rows of so many shoes and colors was amazing. I would recommend this store to anyone! The prices are amazing, I guarantee you will find something you like in there!

I truly hope this review brings some good to the awesome lady that helped me at this store, the angels name was Courtney. I described what type of shoe I wanted and she brought me to the place right away as well as helped find shoes in the right size. Not only did she go above and beyond in the customer service area but she also did an amazing job zoning and tidying the area in between helping me. She definitely made the experience better.

I got some shoes from this place and unfortunately one was too tight I returned it to the shop after some days with the receipt as a proof of purchase and I had to chance to choose another shoe that was exactly my size. Shoe depart in mall of Louisiana is the best!!!! Great customer service.

They were great. I didn't have my glasses and literally could not read the boxes. The lady who was at the register asked me what I was looking for and literally just went and got 3 things that for what I was looking for and in the size. It was so fast and she made me feel better about not being able to see as well pointing out she has to wear glasses herself.

The range of shoe styles in casual, dress, and for sports for men was above average. The prices were practical and the quality of the shoes was good. Shoe accessories are available such as socks and strings, along with care products. Fairly fine footwear can be found here at reasonable prices. There are also suitable selections for women and children.

1st time at this store. Very clean and organized. Employees were very helpful. We bought 4 pairs of shoes. 2 for kids and 2 for my wife
