Had to return Hokas and didn’t have the receipt. Store was only going to give us about half of our money back but Korey helped us out and was able to give us store credit for the full amount. Great customer service!

It’s being able to talk to helpful people, both in the store and online (or through Dick’s customer service number) that sets Dick’s apart. Their products are good quality and they stand behind them.

Had a pickup order and it was ready within 5 minutes of placing it. Staff was very kind and they checked my ID for double verification on the order which I definitely appreciated.

I went in to after getting no help at other golf stores and Timothy marioneaux went above and beyond to help me with find my club size with me being 6”5 it’s been a struggle but he had me swing a few different clubs and found out that I needed a +2 and I thought I was a +1. After just a few swings with a +2 I’ve never felt more comfortable with a swing , he extended a new set for me so I could go golfing this weekend and I couldn’t be happier !! 5 stars for him for sure

I got some Adidas shoes from here the other day and some cloth on the shoes started fraying so I went to return them and the staff was super nice and helpful. Both employees I spoke too were kind and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to exchange the shoes out.

Came in, had a million questions (exaggerated number but yeah) and Kobe was patient with me. So, big shoutout to you!

Had a curbside pickup order. The order was brought out as soon as I arrived and alerted them, and the employee who brought out the order was so friendly. Will definitely Order from here again.

They had junior catchers equipment in stock. Other stores did not carry junior gear. Forgot to use my coupon:-(

I went to the store on a Tuesday afternoon and there was an abundance of staff that were very helpful. I was greeted when I entered and offered assistance and the store was very straight and tidy with associates working throughout the store. This store very well represents the brand.

The store's selection is great. The staff is also very helpful. Team members actually recovered a personal item I lost in the store, and very quickly returned it to me. I highly recommend others to go to this store location.

Randy in the golf shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he assisted my teenage son in buying a new driver. My son thought he knew which club he needed but Randy helped him get more distance and loft with a different shaft stiffness in the same club. Thanks, Randy!

Great person at check out. Even ran out to the parking lot to give us a bag we forgot. Super professional and fun to talk with. She is a bonus for Dicks sporting goods.

Very clean and well laid out store. They have a little bit everything for the outdoors. They have ammo for handguns but no hand guns, but the do have rifles and shotguns.
