Waldorf Astoria Spa New Orleans

We had a great experience at the Waldorf! We stayed for 5 nights exploring the French Quarter. This hotel is in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The concierge staff was really helpful. The food at the hotel was great, the staff were awesome, and the room was great! Great customer service and couldn’t ask for more!

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Rhonda, she will fix you without the aftermath, no soreness or swelling, plus you’ll receive ROYAL treatment from her and the rest of the staff.

I walked in and requested multiple treatments the same day, and they did the absolute best to accommodate the schedule for me. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience when visiting the spa! This spa is located in The Roosevelt Hotel. The team was very friendly + accommodating during my time there. One of the best experiences I’d had. I would go back!

Beautiful property, room upgrade was perfect! Full housekeeping service!!!!! Wonderful restaurant on the premises and the hotel bar was really nice. Front desk fixed a financial error with zero problems. Great location. Would DEFINITELY start her again. Breakfast buffet had the best shrimp and grits we've ever tasted.

My boss treated my coworkers and I to massages today. The spa is absolutely beautiful and smells amazing. The massage table was heated and the face pillow was comfortable and smelled like lavender. My massage therapist was Michael and he was WONDERFUL! Very kind an gave an awesome massage! The rest of the staff were awesome as well and made this experience even better. We had mimosas and chocolates as well. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience! I received the white tea detox wrap. I had a phenomenal esthetician named Cassandra! She was gentle and did a great job. The products were refreshing. They were organic and a wonderful scent. The mint and lavender scented hot towels were a great touch. Definitely a go to place for a relaxing and personal experience!

I had three treatments- great experience. I wish I had more time to take advantage of the relaxation room or pool. I will make the time during my next visit!

Spa club membership is the BEST self care membership i have committed too! Ask Jill or Lauren about this amazing value. The massages and facials I have tried are phenomenal! Highly recommended. The merchandise is fun and I've purchased jewelry, candles, loofahs and outerwear--highly satisfied with all purchases. The spa vibe is high class, with perfect aroma, lighting and music. Heated massage tables to boot! Can't recommended highly enough.

Wonderful service and exceptional staff. Paid for a couples massage with my wife and myself for out anniversary and were very pleased with the service. We haven't been able to get a massage since the pandemic started but felt like we didn't miss a day when we were done here. Would highly recommend stopping here for anyone in the area.

The experience was everything that I expected and beyond. I coordinated a spa day for a party of 7. Shannon was totally top notch! I had to make changes to services and times and everything went flawlessly. My therapist was Nick, he had hands from heaven. I didn't realize how much tension was in my neck until he touched it. Everything from that point on, was Ahhhhh! My girlfriends all said that they were completely satisfied with their treatment and like myself, wished that they chose longer sessions. We also took advantage of the day pass, which gives access to the rooftop pool and sauna. Best decision we could have made. A fantastic afternoon!
Whenever I will return to New Orleans, The Waldorf Astoria Spa will be on my itinerary. Please do yourself the favor of putting it on yours. You won't be disappointed.

The Spa at the Roosevelt is the best in New Orleans. Jill and her staff go out of their way to make your experience memorable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The facilities are clean and nicely managed, and we highly recommend massages by Asia and Kong as well as facials by Monica! We will be back again and again!

There’s a palpable, genuine warmth in the welcome extended by every person on staff. The facilities are spacious and tranquil, and the services are world-class. But the dedication to making all feel at home cannot be taught and is what makes the Waldorf-Astoria the standard-bearer of New Orleans spas IMHO.

Introvert's paradise. This place was incredible. Everyone was so professional and the service was fabulous. The treatment rooms are huge - so nice for the therapists to have plenty of space to work and quick access to everything they need. And everything was immaculate - I've been in hospitals that could have learned a thing or two about cleanliness from this place. Pricey, but you're paying for the name and the destination location. They delivered in spades.

I highly recommend booking a signature facial with Monica!! Her techniques are by far the best I ever experienced, and will leave you feeling super relaxed. Cannot wait to go back!
