CBD Dental Care

I chipped my tooth while in New Orleans for a conference and walked in hoping CBD Dental could fit me in the next day. The staff was friendly, helpful, and able to fit me in right then! The doctor was kind and efficient and I was in and out in less than an hour. I am so very grateful to everyone at CBD Dental.

Dr Serpas has been our dentist for over 30 years. He is a fantastic dentist who has provided excellent services on both a routine and emergency basis. Lisette, our dental hygienist is the best! The entire office treats you with courtesy and professionalism!

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful and remembers me. From the front desk to all the hygienists and both doctors. Love that the hygienists are super fast with my six month cleaning and I never feel over charged by any additional work that needs to be done.

I chipped my tooth and CBD Dental was able to squeeze me in within 2 hours of my call. They offer same day appointments and are open on Fridays which is so helpful! I was in and out within an hour and am very satisfied with the bonding. Dr. Schmidt explained everything he was doing as he worked (next I’m putting in water, next I’m sanding so you’ll feel vibrations, etc.) If you have anxiety around the dentist I think Dr. Schmidt would be a great fit.

CBD Dental is an exceptional practice. They are thorough, communicate extremely well, have a smooth onboarding process, and do quality work. In just a few weeks, they had replaced a filling, built me a custom nightguard, and performed a crown, all with a high degree of quality and care. Good dentists are hard to find. This is a gem!

Dr. Brian and the entire staff are so kind and helpful. As someone who is a Nervous Nelly when it comes to dental visits, I can firmly say that this was the most "pleasant" ;) dental experience ever. Being- ALSO- that it was a chipped tooth that needed a crown (!!!), that is a lot of nice to say. They took me in and got me fixed up same day- and only 2 days after Mardi Gras! Thank y'all so so mucho, CBDental !!

#1 the office is in walking distance from my home. #2 the staff is amazingly friendly and courteous. #3 my dental tech was non judgmental , kind and freaking awesome. #4 my dentist was so awesome made me feel comfortable and at home.and walked me through my dental plan to get my mouth healthy.

My experience was excellent. My anxiety level is always high whenever I visit the dentist. Dr. Brian Schmidt was very gentle, he explained the procedure step by step and I began to relax. I left the office with confidence knowing that my next visit will be easy and I can relax. I shared with my co-workers of my experience and referred them to CBD dental. I have been seeing Dr. Serpas with CBD Dental for many years and highly recommend! I have never had any amount of pain or discomfort with any dental procedures. They are always using the the most up to date technology and tools. I love the office aesthetic.. and they don’t floss-shame! Scheduling is easy and parking is easy too despite being downtown. 10/10 recommend

Best dental experience in the CBD! My dentist is very professional and timely. I never had to wait. I was impressed at his consern over my insurance coverage. His hygienists are very professional and friendly. I am very happy with my choice to switch dentists. I've been with them 2 years now. And have great experiences, NEVER felt like I was overpaying for unnecessary services as I've had with dentists in the past. Very clean and always smells nice. Love the text reminders.

Had a great experience today. The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean and my procedure was smooth and no painful. I had two wisdom teeth extractions and did not feel a thing. Definitely would recommend to other people.

I haven't been to the dentist in years. It was really nice that CBD Dental was around to help me get back to a dental routine. I really appreciate the thorough explanation regarding the health of my teeth and gums. All my questions were answered and I left there with peace of mind knowing that I have a game plan for future visits.

Staff is very nice and professional. Dr Schmidt has great bedside manner and is gentle when performing dental work.

I usually have anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff and Dr. Schmidt put me at ease. Dr. Schmidt kept me updated as he followed with the procedure (Root canal) and checked to see if I was experiencing any discomfort. After tirelessly researching for a new dental office, I am glad to call CBD Dental my new home. 5 Stars!
