Once in a while we get the opportunity in this hectic money-chasing world to experience true professionalism, true caring, real people helping us in an honest, sincere, humane manner. Such was my family’s experience on our initial visit with Dr. Tim. Once you’ve been in this office for even a few minutes, you witness a staff who seem clearly to enjoy working together, to be focused on providing the services they do, and to be delivering care in a gentle, personable yet professional manner. In the case of our daughter with special needs, their patience and understanding and caring were most reassuring as Dr Tim, along with his staff and even brother Dr. Douglas, addressed her needs. When we do get to have such an experience, it is imperative that we express appreciation and acknowledge service that is provided us with integrity, honor, and thorough professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!

Absolutely wonderful place! I called Dr. D's office last Friday as I had broken a front tooth composite veneer that were done in Houston & I was in a panic. They got me in first thing Monday morning, took me back 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and provided me with outstanding care and created a new composite veneer that is beautiful and it matches my other veneers PERFECTLY. And the price was reasonable! I highly recommend this office and I will definitely be returning!

This office is phenomenal! I was at Touro with a family member and lost a crown on Easter Sunday. They not only answered the phone, but they got me in the next day! The care was great, completely painless and the tooth is good as new. The price was very reasonable too! I’d highly recommend them.

Dr. Tim and his staff were fantastic! I came into the office for a second opinion and Dr.Tim spent the time to explain everything in detail, including a review of my X-rays. The staff were warm welcoming and happy, that’s always a great reflection of the doctor you work for. I am so glad I came into this office, I will be a forever client now!

I called Dr. Delcambre’s office after recently relocating to New Orleans. The receptionist was friendly and helpful; she emailed new patient forms and insurance information for my upcoming appointment. It’s never easy to start with a new doctor or dentist but everyone was amazing and they made me feel comfortable at my first visit.
Dr. Delcambre went over my medical history and gave me a thorough exam. Lisa, the hygienist, discovered I have severe gum disease and helped me work with my orthodontist’s office to have the wires temporarily removed so she could perform a deep periodontal cleaning with antibiotic treatment the same day. Lisa showed me the xrays and explained the procedure in depth.

I really feel fortunate to have Dr. Delcambre and his staff taking over my dental care. They are efficient and straightforward so you know exactly what’s going on. I’m looking forward to my next visit to see how much my gums have improved.

Dr. Timothy was very kind and professional. He took the time to introduce himself to me and to ask questions pertaining to my son’s dental history. I rarely experience this level of care nowadays. Thank You Dr. Timothy.

Great dental office. The doctors and hygiene staff are all wonderful. Lisa cleans my teeth and takes xrays and goes out of her way to make sure I can get the proper treatment and be pain free. I have sensitive teeth so this is important. Dr. Delcambre is very thorough and professional and answers all of my questions.

I would highly recommend Dr Delcambre to anyone seeking dental care. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr Delcambre fully explain what he thinks is best avenue to take regarding your dental care and allows you to make the final decision. You are also presented with a detailed explanation of the cost and what the cost will cover. I am a new patient and now have a new dentist.

I was well pleased with the Drs. DelCambre office. I saw Dr. Douglas DelCambre, who couldn’t have been nicer and whose handling of a tooth removal was as painless as possible. The office staff were also very nice and seemed genuine in their helpfulness and kindness

My wife and myself have been seeing Dr Delcambre for years. He is especially experienced dealing with special needs with patience and empathy. Most recently his son Dr Doug Delcambre accommodated my emergency promptly, got me out of pain and infection, exploring options for future. The entire staff is professional, kind and responsive. Highly recommend to all.

Dr. Delcambre is a great dentist. It was easy to schedule an appointment and my initial assessment/cleaning was thorough and fast. Had some cavities filled, and the process was as painless as possible. Dr. Delcambre lets you know what he is doing and why, which I appreciate.

I had a toothache that popped up seemingly out of nowhere. I had a terrifying experience at my old dentist, and have been afraid to go anywhere since. My friend is a patient of Dr Delcambre, and assured me I would be taken care of. So he called them up for me, and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I’m sure I was the most tense patient that ever walked through the doors of that office, but I am happy to say that I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

Dr. Delcambre has been preparing me for a permanent bridge over the past 10 months or so following a failed root canal in 2022. He's been very meticulous in each step making sure that after each procedure the bone and soft tissue are fully healed and ready for the next step.

During my last visit on November 30, 2023, Dr. Tim was treating a young lady that was in excruciating pain and asked if it was okay with me if his son, Dr. Doug Delcambre could handle my procedure, which was perfectly fine with me as they both are the epitome of professionalism and compassion.

My entire procedure time from local anesthesia to checkout took approximately 30 minutes and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of dentistry both Dr. Tim and Dr. Doug provide to their patients. If you have a dental issue that other dentists try to outsource you to give them a call because they can do what other dentists either choose not to do or have no experience in doing what used to be mainstream dentistry.

It’s hard to find a good dentist, so look no further. Everyone there is warm, friendly, and knows what they’re doing. I always feel well taken care of from the front desk to the chair.

Dr. Delcambre and his staff were excellent!! Dr. Delcambre is very thorough and knowledgeable. Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I brought the whole Burrell family!

Dr Delcambre and staff were Excellent—-My Sons have disabilities and they handled them with care & did an excellent job!!! They were very courteous and caring—-the atmosphere was great!!!

Our daughter lives in NOLA, but we live in another state. We got a frantic call from her in the middle of the night where she was in the worst pain of her life. Dr. Delcambre and his wonderful staff got us in immediately and performed a flawless root canal. Five stars is not enough to express our gratitude.

Overall, an excellent experience: the office is very welcoming and friendly and the doctors are caring and careful. All the stars.
