I walked into the office and was greeted immediately by Sarah she was very professional, She explained everything that I needed to know and then showed me to my storage unit. Very friendly staff

I needed to rent a storage unit and made multiple calls to different companies. I had a couple of places that I felt comfortable moving forward with; however, after speaking with Ronald, my decision was made. He was professional, answered all my questions in a very patient manner. It was clear that if I even had an issue, this is the type of customer service I would gladly patronize.
