Yikes, it looks like the negative reviews are for the pharmacy side. I've never dealt with them, so I can't speak on that. But I do want to mention that this location has very friendly cashiers. I've never had an issue here, they've always gone above and beyond when it comes to my couponing adventures. Plus, this store is always very clean and organized. Kelvin is a gem, love him and his hospitality.

I like this CVS. I feel that the staff always answers any questions that I have and are all very nice and professional. They even remind me when is time to get my flu shot.

I have only had pleasant experiences with the pharmacy staff especially the techs. For those of you who have not been on the front line working in this pandemic, you should give them a break. They are overworked and understaffed. In addition new tasks/responsibilities are constantly being assigned to them. They are only human. Everyone has a bad day sometimes.

The store is nice and well stocked. The pharmacy staff never looks happy to be there or to help customers. It seems to have become this way in the last two years. One of the pharmacists talks about customers and her job and doesn't seem to realize that we can hear her across the counter.

I tried calling to speak to someone about a ups package that I had dropped off. However, I was constantly being transferred to pharmacy. Maybe AI doesn't know how to transfer calls to the correct department.

Do not use this pharmacy if you can avoid it. Went to pick up my medications and the lady yelled from 15 feet (literally) away wanting me to yell back my name, date of birth, and what meds I was picking up. Very unprofessional.

The most disrespectful experience ever. I was picking up a prescription and buying a half gallon of milk, but when I got to the register, no one was there, so I noticed the self checkout register. I rang up the milk myself, and now I'm struggling to open the bag, and someone yells out behind me on my left. "You gotta scan it first," I replied, "I did." She replies, "No, you didn't."
So I replied, "Stop bothering me."
She replies again, "If you feel like that, you can get out this store" while she rolls her neck at me and calls me funny looking. By this time, the store manager comes to the front and sees for himself. I did rang up the milk. So now I'm telling him about being disrespected by his employee accusing me of something and the way she talk to me was unprofessional, and the whole time he's rushing me out the store and doesn't redirect her at all. So I called corporate and went back into the store to get their names. The manager said, "You still on this? I handled it." I replied."I'm on the phone with corporate." I just need her name and yours. She yells out, "It's my word against yours." I replied the guy from corporate says their cameras have mics, and he can hear you right now over the phone. The store manager replies, "we don't have mics," and laughs it off! I definitely will be choosing a different pharmacy next time without this type of disrespect...
