Extra Space Storage

Tory was very polite and answered all of my questions best customer service I've experienced in a while at a storage facility. Extra space hired the right person for this position she made me feel confident in my decision to rent a unit at this facility. Thanks Tory for all of your help

Tera was a big help moving my sister there from out of the city! She really knew about sizing and able to explain everything about the location. I was unable to look at my unit when I rented it. And wasn't able to start moving things into my unit until later that night. So when I got to the facility I found my unit and there was a tag on the hasp. The tag said it had been inspected and that it was a 10×10 and I had rented a 10×12. So I contacted the after hours customer service team and they were very helpful in assuring me that it was indeed a 10×12 . So I felt comfortable ripping the tag off beginning to move my things into the Unit. And not just being a female there by myself but anyone by their self I felt very safe in the facility. Plenty of lighting and very clean!

5 months later.....
I got an unexpected rait increase which I was not thrilled about! But it is what it is!! Anyway......Terrii the young lady that helped me over the phone was very helpful!!! She managed to get the increase lowered! And I can't thank her enough for that!! She was also very understanding, polite and professional!! Thanks terrii!!!

I recommend anyone who needs a storage space to use this facility. It is extremely clean, secure, temperature-controlled! I love the private access. The staff is extremely professional, has exceptional customer service, && always willing to help. Terra is amazing, she’s very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I left feeling very confident that my items were in safe hands. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
