I came today to buy some stuffs for a echo blower and this man named DAVE offer me help he is a great man if you need help just look for DAVE HES A GREAT PERSON .

I received great service from the home depot Gretna location. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

... normally it's a challenge to find assistance with anything in Home Depot however there's an exception to the rule in every case, Mrs Terri Bourgeois deserves employee of the day and serious consideration for employee of the year as with everything good things come in twos my initial contact with the customer service staff was equally efficient, thank you ladies...

I've gone to all the home depots in a 50 mile radius. This one is by far my favorite. The young gentleman running the saw was extremely helpful and kind.

Much better than the central city home depot, worth the extra 15 minute drive. Better organized and unlike Central City, the staff seem happy to assist.

Update: Still friendly & helpful, however it seems there's a lot of new hires that haven't fully learned their section yet. (Which is VERY UNDERSTANDABLE).

Just remember to take photos of the appliance/product specification tags, and any part details, and bring any helpful info you can from home before you get there to help them help you.

Also, remember their app can save a lot of questions, before you leave home and also to help you realize all that you need to find the right parts etc.

We purchased an over the range microwave, and while the store was very busy on the holiday weekend, we found more than ample service to answer our questions, make our selection and complete our purchase.
