They were short handed as well as very busy inside and at the drive thru but still greeted each customer and provided outstanding service! The food was hot , fresh and delicious! They also give a discount for Seniors and Veterans.

Paid $2.14 w/tax for a $12+ meal. And it was delicious(conover location). Download the Hardee's App and sign up for rewards for a free Western Burger, Big Cheese or Chicken Sand. I got the Western Burger and just grabbing it out of the bag was very satisfying. I ordered ahead through the app and used my free burger discount with any purchase.
**They are also now serving jal. poppers and OMG. They are very classic style. In store a 6 piece is 2.99, I ordered on the app with my burger and got them for $1 per 6 piece. So happy with the quality of the food and the size of burger/portion I got. Will definitely return to buy more stuff. I also earned reward points on my purchase to go towards more free stuff!!

Truck parking in big dirt lot beside the restaurant. Signs says you can only park 24 hours.

We ate here thus morning 1/16/2019. Food was fresh and hot. 2 gravy biscuits combos we ordered. Took less then 5 minutes to get our food. We enjoyed it! This place has really gotten better in the past few months!

The service was fast and employees were friendly and around the window was clean. The food was hot and good. Thr drink was fresh and not watered down from ice sitting on counter long to Enjoyed my meal with professional and friendly treatment. Good place to eat.

I’m only giving it 5 stars cause the guy in the drive tru. we dined in and that gentleman ran drive tru and took our order and cooked our order while doing everything else the manager finally came and helped and the front lady was absolutely horrible want be back but to the drive tru gentleman you rock I’m giving you the 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The charbroiled chicken sandwich was great! The French fries were a little stale and needed more salt. But it was still good. It was the evening and business was slow. We waited on our food but it was only a few minutes.

The food was great. We had the hot ham and cheese, fries and lemonade. The staff was friendly and fast.

I have been going to this Hardee's for 25 years I know this stuff is still great the food is not so great it was like I was eating a hamburger from not 290 it was like rubber

They are a little slower than others but the food is good. What I have seen in the past couple of days there having a job fair so maybe this will fix the problems​. If anyone has issues complain, complain, complain that's the only way to get things done. Be as nice as you can be. I understand it is hard to do some times. For the early morning croud if you want breakfast just remember that you need to allow a little more time. You been here before so you know the drill.

The lady was very friendly and helpful at the drive through. Her register wasn't ringing up meals right ans and compensated me with a discount and didn't have to. I find this to be above and beyond customer service. Thank you

Drive thru was great customer service wise. Had to wait for my breakfast food though, which was a slight inconvenience, but it being a lazy Saturday, can’t complain too much. Overall food was good and hot.

Very nice folks. Got stuck here in the blizzard and they allowed me to park alongside the store since the rig lot had several stuck in the snow blocking maneuverability. Food is decent considering it's a fast food chain, beats the hell outta McD or Boogerking.

This place has gotten so good! Before the food was bland and didn't have much taste. Now it's amazing!

NORTH CAROLINA- we tried to search which one we were at and there was one in every corner. Amazing staff, even kind customers. The food was WAY better than we expected.

I enjoy eating there with my sister once a month.

Food was hot and fresh and very delicious, my milk shake was delicious also. And the girl that took my order was very nice and friendly 😊 will return definitely here I always love it here
