After shopping here at the conover, Nc location . i went to my car with my daughters and my battery died .
A gentleman i believe named James had jumper cables and was able to jump start my car . Not only was he extremely polite and helpful , he genuinely cared about the situation and gave me directions to the advanced auto store to be helped further . The ladies working that day in the isle and at checkout were also very polite . I’m glad i broke down at this location instead of anywhere else because i was helped instantly . Please thanks these employees for me and give them a raise if possible .

This review is for Cindy in pharmacy and the entire pharmacy staff. I was in a bind and needed quick informative and direct information regarding travel and Rapid Covid tests or PCR tests. My wife and I were traveling and were told Rapid tests would work. After stopping by and speaking with the staff (all I spoke with offered great information) was told to make appointment for PCR tests for travel as those are the best way to go. I was not able to get same day appointment and I called to see if they would allow my wife and I to come in earlier to do them. To my surprise, Cindy said we can take care of you guys and to come on down! We got there as soon we could and were given the PCR tests and told all the details and timelines to expect. Did not expect this but what a wonderful staff to give time, informative, detailed and even take care of an appointment earlier because they did not want to sit around. Thank you Cindy!

I interacted with Rebekah in the pharmacy department on three occasions, once in the drive through for a covid test and twice inside for a vaccine and found her to be one of the most proficient, fast and professional people in her trade anywhere - she got me in and out each time fast even when there were several people to work through at the same time. Nice work and thank you.

This is MY pharmacy! I love Becky & Laura, the pharmacists at this location! As well as Ben, and the other ladies in the pharmacy! All the employees are ready to greet you as soon as you walk in & will help you with anything. Great southern hospitality!

Pharmacists are extremely friendly and amazing. If you want to get a Covid vaccine, this is a good place to go.

The staff at this location, especially the pharmacy, go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the consumer...how refreshing!

Fantastic price for photos. I send them on line to them and can pick them up the same day if early. Employees there also are very helpful and nice. 😻
