Had my first appointment today. It was a great experience, I get nervous seeking medical attention because I have been brushed off by doctors in the past, but I felt very comfortable here. The staff is super friendly and Macy was so kind and thorough. I had a lot of concerns and she listened and responded to every single one without making me feel like a bother. I am thankful to be able to go back here in the future.

Dr. Myers and his staff are awesome. They listen to your concerns, and he creates an environment that keeps you relaxed in times that could certainly be stressful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lindsey and the staff at this location are amazing and treat you like family! The care you get is hard to find anywhere else I trust them completely! Been going here for a year after moving here. Was fortunate to have found such a well staffed and professional facility. Dr Hallum and staff are top of the line. As I have continuing issues that need attention. Hardly ever have to wait long. They are truly caring people.

I have been going to this practice for several years and have recommended to many of my family members. Dr Myers and Lindsay (these are the only 2 I have seen) are knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. They listen and are truly concerned with my well being. Everyone is so amazing. I would recommend these ppl (Novant family health) to anyone & everyone. My son has an appointment at the same place. They are wonderful!! Sooooo Sweet!!! I don’t trust dr. Except for 2 now. I know I can trust Dr. Hellman. And I trust my sons health there. And that means a lot to me. And I’m sure other mothers/fathers do too now-a-days. Go see a wonderful dr. Office and everyone has a heart of gold to me. Which means a lot. 😊

I’m so very pleased with the care and attention I received as a new patient. Lindsay was efficient and very thorough. She didn’t brush off my concerns with lingering COVID issues by telling me over time things will improve like other doctors. Lindsay answered all my questions and addressed my concerns by checking further to gain more details. The only thing was paying up front for lab work but this was not a major problem just a little bit different process. I highly recommend this office for routine and urgent care needs.

My wife and I are retired professionals and were pleasantly surprised with the respect he shows to all his patients. It is very obvious ha is a very caring professional.

First time here, I cannot believe how friendly everyone is, from the front desk people to the doctor. I also was very surprised with how fast I was able to see the doctor. (in and out in 1 hour) I would definitely tell everyone to give them a try. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

About a year ago I needed a good medical practice that I could trust with my care. I had heard good things about Dr. MYERS and his team at Wallburg Family practice.. It was time for my physical so I dropped by to get an appointment. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and got an appointment right away. In November I went back to him. Dr. Myers looked me in the eye as I was explaining the pain in my leg from guillain barre. He immediately set up appointments with a neurosurgeon and all the tests started. He leaves no stones unturned. I was a patient in another practice, but the staff at Wallburg was different and really cared. They call to check on you and we use zoom when necessary. I would recommend Dr. Myers and his team to anyone. They are the best.
