I needed to exchange a part about 5 mins until closing time, I called and asked if they would wait for me to get there and he said it was up to his manager but he would try. I got there right at closing but they were as courteous as if it was any other time of day. He took the time to make sure I got what I wanted even though it ended up being past closing time. Much appreciation to my Wallburg Advance Auto guys for getting me out of a pinch on super bowl Sunday when they didn't have to. Thanks!

I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that when I came into the Wallburg NC store, Ethan provided awesome customer service and knowledge to me. He answered all my questions, he was friendly and got me all setup. Thermostat went bad in my Jeep, got me the part and fluid and I installed it yesterday. Save me hundreds. He is the kind of people you need to take care of! Please ensure he gets thanked for what he does. Everyone deserves gratitude, especially in today’s time.

Great service. Went in, started looking for the item I needed on one of the interactive screens, and an employee asked if he could find anything for me within seconds! There was a lengthy list of parts available, which he pulled up on his computer, and he explained the pros and cons of each in a quick and easy to understand manner.

Very helpful gentlemen. I needed antifreeze for my car(as it is an older German car) and was not sure which one it required. He said it took the 50/50 one and he offered to put it in my car. My dash board monitor said to check the level so we added some and the light went off. Would recommend.

These guys are some of the greatest people ive ever met. We were on our way to south Carolina from Cincinnati ohio and we hit a turkey on the interstate. We took the next exit saw the store and stopped to see the damage. We ended up stranded bc it was Sunday and everything was closed. The store manager let us empty our van and stay at the store. He then had a worker come in so that someone could drive me an hour away so i couldnt pick up my rental car. This was a very crazy time we have an autistic daughter so this was a verr big obatacle and they did everything in their power to help us.

The guys at this place are GREAT! I get along with all of the employees from all the locations in my area. But these guys are like family! I ALWAYS have a good time as we do business

The guys were great to check out my battery issue. The he replaced my dead battery with a new three year battery. Now we don’t have to worry about the car starting or not. Thanks very much.

I went here after Rehabilitation and they didn't have the part but told me on of the other stores had it so I went to the other store and they had what I needed and they were very helpful because I have a hard time breathing with half a diaphragm. They got me my part and I went home to get out of the heat was having a problem breathing because of the heat. Way to go Advance Auto.

It was getting ready to pour down rain and I needed a battery. Thanks to all the guys at Advance at Towne Center of Walburg for helping me go again.

Tim, John, and Steve are the best. I do a lot of business with Advance stores all around the triad and this store is my favorite.
