Good prices at our local Food Lions in Kernersville. The New Food Lion on Hwy. 150 is especially nice.

Food Lion has a great Deli. Fresh fruits and veggies and lot's of cheeses to choose from. They have great meats and seafood. With wonderful specials. They also have dog and cat food and even toys and so much more. Anything else you could possibly want to find.

Food Lion was great, the idiots who take full buggys to their new self check outs are the problems.

They, for the most of it, always have what I'm looking for.

I shop for all my meat here because they have good sales and the quality is awesome. Even when the meat is on clearance it looks fresh. The produce is always fresh (except the mushrooms). I buy the produce when it is on sale and it is always excellent. They almost always have good sales on ice cream too. They are always well stocked and clean. The staff is helpful and nice.

Great customer service. The guy stocking went way out of his way to make sure I found the peanut butter pretzels I was looking for. He was so great that another young lady joined in and he helped her find things she didn't know she needed also. Wish I got his name but what a keeper!
Then I was on my way to self checkout and a cashier directed me to her line.
She was so pleasant and friendly.
I'm new to the area and she offered some great recommendations for me around town.
Looks like I found my go to grocery store. Also the prices were great and love the option of the Foodlion brand food.
As a whole the company stared this pandemic in the face and came out strong!

Love food lion. Good prices great selection and very competitive with grocery prices in my area. Milk less than 1.50 a gal and eggs less than 2 per carton. Local Walmart keeps this food lion offering competitive prices. Love my food lion!!!!

Great store and pieces very clean

Good place. Friendly staff. Produce is also fresh, not like some places where it will all be old if you are not there on the right day. Good variety, and growing diversity of products too (Mexican and Asian foods). Definitely lower prices than Harris teeter and Publix. Most convenient location for this area.
Update: still my go to place.

My favorite Food Lion. Always clean and well stocked, friendly staff, and great product selection. Produce is usually great here too.

This particular Food Lion has been good to me & then some.
Also, the Self Checkout respects your time & intelligence, only stopping everything for the age check on beer/wine.
