Alisha and Jess were amazing!! We were coming from a different state and they knew the market extremely well. They were very thorough when inspecting the house for us when we couldn't make it for a showing. There was some miscommunication from the sellers agent about some water testing so we were waiting a few days after closing and Alisha took care of us by giving us some water and making sure we had everything we needed. There were little things on the house that needed fixed and Jess came over and helped us fix it. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Alan was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were buying from out of state, and he did a great job evaluating the properties and providing feedback. Smart as a whip, kind and very knowledgeable. She is a very good person and an amazing realtor. She helped me every step of the way, finding the best inspector and the best local experts. Alisha is part of a great team, which allows her to be efficient and, in this way, of solid assistance to her clients.

I can't say enough about Alisha. I was initially suspect just due to her be assigned from Zillow. I was pleased to learn right away she was from a small firm (not some big conglomerate). She knew the areas well, she has a savvy about her when looking at houses (I didn't know to lift up staged rugs to see if it's covering floor damage). Alisha didn't try to "sell" the home to me, it was as if she took on the hunt as if she herself were buying the home but my desires and likes. She tag teams with her business and life partner (who was a home builder so he knows if a roof needs to be repaired now vs 5 yrs down the road). She is also super smart in negotiation and by pointing out one fact with numbers, was able to get the seller to come down 10k off asking...which had them still meeting their money goals and getting me the best price. I got a great home and, even better, I got a great friend in Alisha. I definitely struck the realtor lottery!

Alisha was amazing to work with! She worked tirelessly to get us a house we loved up in NC. We live in Florida, so it could be a little tricky at times, especially in such a competitive market, but she made the whole process so easy for us. She was so knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking in. My husband and I actually work in real estate in FL, so we know true professionalism when we see it. Jordan is the absolute best. Our search took longer than we hoped because we were being pickier than normal as we're hoping this is our forever home. He stuck with us with a positive attitude, did virtual visits and worked with us while we were remote during the offer process. Everything went super smooth. He was a great partner and really got to know what we needed. So much so we made an offer without ever setting foot on the property because he just knew for us when it was right and he was not wrong.
