Brought cars from him before an everything great

Tried to sell me a car with a messed up transmission. They knew it was messed up. And then lied to me And claim it's something that they can fix. I let a transmission expert look at the car and they said it needs a whole new transmission.

Horrible communication. The owner would tell us he’d have our title/tire by a certain day, and we’d drive an hour round trip to find that nothing was actually ready yet. We didn’t get a call or anything letting us know that the title and tire would not be ready which is honestly very inconsiderate and disrespectful. Mind you this happened multiple times.Come on it’s not hard to do the bare minimum. He also promised us a tire which we never got. We sent multiple messages only for them to be ignored. The man who runs this business is very dishonest and doesn’t respect other people’s time.

Liars and cheats!! First they tried to steal my downpayment but credit acceptanc made them fix my loan and now I have to take them to court to get my money back because I paid my own sales tax and title fees to NC so that I could get my tags after the finance company financed them in my loan. Please beware read over your loan documents very well!! I will be going to BB bureau too!!
