CVS

came to this CVS for a COVID19 PCR test.
Made the appointment online to go to the CVS drive through.
Got appointment that same day at 3 pm Friday.
Got the results Saturday night at 12 midnight. Quick!
Luckily the results were negative.
The pharmacy hands you the test kit with label that has your name on it.
You do the test yourself. The technician is at the window if you have questions.
CVS had sent me a video ahead of time by text message showing what to do and expect. You can find other videos on Youtube, if you're nervous watch them. It was easy though.

I’ve been going to this CVS since I was a baby, I have a lot of prescriptions to fill and they never mess them up, the staff is extremely friendly, and aside from that is your average, clean pharmacy/store.
Every time I go to call them I see this rating and it like personally ticks me off. Lol.
I’ve said my piece.

The service my family and I have received from the pharmacy staff has been consistently excellent through the years. Without exception we have found the staff to be professional, courteous, and efficient.

I’ve never experienced being told I couldn’t leave a business (for over an hour) until now- I was basically held captive because they couldn’t figure out how to charge me and wouldn’t let me leave and come back. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about four years now and there have been many times that went perfectly well and many other times that they were completely overwhelmed and couldn’t meet demand. But this time, there seemed to be a mix up with my husband’s medication and we paid for 90 days when we only needed 30, then he was supposed to stop taking them. They refunded 60 pills then quickly realized why we were charged 90. Our insurance wouldn’t cover it otherwise. No fault of the pharmacy up to this point. But then they were on the phone with some help desk for over an hour trying to figure out how to charge my insurance, I guess. I told them I had an appointment and had to leave. They said I couldn’t leave because they need to charge me but couldn’t do it. I couldn’t wait any longer and at the risk of the cops being called on me, I decided to walk out. At that point, over the intercom, they asked me to come back and pay. There was a way for me to pay and they were only willing to use it when I was going to leave. I couldn’t believe that happened.

The counter staff is friendly, but service in the pharmacy needs help. They keep auto-filling RXs that I don't need even though I have asked at least three times that they stop. This has happed on several different RXs. They don't seem to be able to turn off auto refil. It is also very difficult to get the pharmacy to answer the phone. I've waited more than 10 munites before hanging up.
