Food Lion

They weren’t stocked very well but I’m sure it’s because there was a small chance for a teeny bit of bad weather that would have impacted people’s ability to get out of the house for at least 6 hours so everyone had to do what a good southerner does and panic shop. All that for rain… pretty cold rain though.

Nice store and they actually have checkout lanes! You’re not being forced to use the self checkout as some stores. This makes it nice for seniors. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store was very clean.

The cheapest eggs at Food Lion was 4.99. The same as Walmart. This is totally ridiculous store brand eggs $5.00 a dozen and up. One good thing the milk is 88 cents a quarter and $1.29 a gallon. I can drink milk but will starve before I pay $5.00 a dozen for eggs. Gas is down to $3 and below a gallon. Let's start dropping other prices especially Food the staff today was so friendly and courtes met Austin today. I think is a new shift supervisor. What a gentleman very professional and with such a gracious attitude toward customers. He is a well kempt and I must say handsome man. All the staff are very kind and courteous especially Herman and Brian in the meat department. This Food Lion has an exemplary staff throughout. Eggs are 2.98 and up now. 9/7/23 egg prices are now back down. Thank God. Ian is a great Mgr and Chris both very friendly courteous and polite. The staff is so great

This particular Food Lion is always well stocked, with Fresh Items.

They carry local Items, made by locals of that state, when possible.

Their prices are good, even great on Foodlion brands.
In addition to having your MVP loyalty card/number, will get you even deeper discounts.

The quality of meats are par-none.
Pricing on meats a bit high.

This particular Food Lion produce-manager, and produce-staff, clearly take pride in their produce-department.

Been shopping here for the longest great customer service. Great prices with the MVP I know some people complain about food lion being a little more pricey, but hey I look at it this way food lion still has check out lines with actually cashiers who get you in and out. From restocking to produce department they do a great job. They been wiping down all carts sanitizing anything you can think of they are on it.They have family's just like you and I and deserve a pay check to take back home to their love ones. Sometimes to better ourselves and others we have to give a little more rather then trying to find the cheapest way out.

May be one the best managed grocery stores in the area. Customer service is top notch! Work ethic by employees is notable, store is clean, well organized and the price is low. No reason to not shop here.

Gotta love their meat section. Very good selection. I really trust their meat packing process. I always buy my meats here! They are doing a terrific job! The store is also very clean and organized. Service at the registers are always quick and friendly. Prices are excellent also.....

This store is very clean and the employees are always there to help you with smiles on their faces. I've talked to one of the managers and I didn't catch his name, but he was very friendly and personable. I don't really live near that store so I don't go there very often, but I've never had a bad experience there. They always have fresh fruit and vegetables available, too.

I love this food lion. It's always really clean and The employees are really kind and helpful. My kids look forward to going with me to see and catch up with the few who speak to them and recognize them each time.

This Food Lion is typical in service and in management, however this location is slightly different in layout, the dairy is beside the produce. There are notably more aisles and less checkouts, the ice cream is separated from the dairy which may take time to get used to if you are not in this area shopping here regularly, and you get two exits to each door after you check out. Other than that you, this is a pretty better-than-average Food Lion location.

This location on Reynolda Road works out best for me since my business is practically across the street. Lot of nice people work there and of course since it's Food Lion the prices are good.

Man I live this place . It's home an the best in town grocery store . I love the people their an the way they be waiting on ya to checkout I'd touch overwhelming but it is service on deck. Awesome manger Becky an that lady is the best an friendliest an has been their far as I can remember

This is the cleanest, nicest Food Lion I have ever shopped at. I have never encountered someone who wasn't polite and helpful, which is absolutely amazing! I drive further and past different grocery stores just to shop here!

I hadn't been in Food Lion in years I'm new to the area. The manager as it turn out assisted me. I saw him helping a another customer earlier. The clerk was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I will be shopping there again.

Ive been goin to this particular food lion for a very long time. They are always very kind, even when they about to close they keep there professionalism. At least this has always been my experience.

actually I was looking for a pot roast today at food Lion but I didn't really see any so a lot of ham so that's what I had to settle for a ham and I also bought some ground it was okay the service is always nice to people are nice and respectful

My cashier greeted me with a smile. She was so pleasant and helpful. She put my groceries in my cart unlike most cashiers. Big bag og Cha Ching chips were 55 cents.
