Just moved to Winston-Salem from out of state glad I found the store prices are reasonable and mostly I see AJ he always has my carton of cigarettes and a smile

I have got to say this is one of the best vape stores cigarette stores I've ever been in my life. The staff there I cannot say enough about how over welcoming and comfortable they make you feel and just atmosphere of the place has the perfect setting for some reason of this being the store is of excellent shape and everything that they sell is perfect pristine and above your top grade stuff excellent quality but like it said most of all excellent staff especially the girl with the glasses can't say enough how much she makes me smile when I go in there very welcoming very good

I opened the vape before leaving and it was a fake. I told him it wasn’t no good and asked for a new one he refused. So I said I wanted my money back and he refused. After arguing he said he would give me a refund He said 4 days max and it’s been 6 days and no refund. So they just stole from me

BEWARE! I asked if I could try a fume vape before I left not because of the flavor but some are weak and I wanted to be sure it was good. He said yes but because there was vapor or “smoke” he scooped up my cash. I told him there was no taste and he refused to give my money back. Literally no taste. Owner said he didn’t make them 🙄 I feel like they just stole from me. Just absolutely horrible people. Will never set foot in that store and recommend no one else either.

New in town had no idea what I was walking into. Did not speak a lick of english. He pointed.... I understand my 2 year old granddaughter bettet than the man working. I was only looking for a needed a new vape device which they did not have. Outrageously priced.... beware of this place. No customer service skills what so ever and very high prices.

They are absolutely unprofessional and rude they just want your money with no service at all. They became confrontational as they where wrong In not providing a product that was promised. I was told to return @ a specific time for a product for a cancer patient and he looked me dead in my face and told me he forgot. This place is horrible please do not waste your time going there. Believe all negative reviews about this place! If I could leave no stars I would !
