Physician Care Centers - Westover Hills

I recently switched PCPs due to a scarcity of appointment availabilities for my old one's office. So far, this clinic has proven to be on top of it. I have been seen promptly and treated with respect and have not had any issues. The receptionist staff were nice and addressed all my needs. Eric Vance, FNP was great! I truly enjoyed my experience. He is very personable and knowledgeable and addressed all my needs while providing insights into realistic health maintenance. (Like me, he graduated from the Texas A&M University System, which makes a huge personal difference for me!) Cindy Cruz, NP is also very warm and attentive. I am glad I switched to this clinic.

FNP Vance is an absolutely wonderful medical professional. Genial and sincere, he seems to really care about the health of his patients and, in just one visit, he gave me all the help I could have asked for, after several months without answers. Would highly recommend.

Very appreciative of Dr.Vance. He shows compassion and empathy for his patients. He is the first Dr. In a year and a half to determine my spinal issues and referred me to a spinal specialist. In regards to other issues with the office staff and prescription. I spoke with office management and expressed my issues and concerns. I was reassured they would get to the issue.

Always on time with appointments and very communicative. Domingo is also very friendly and helpful as well!

Best care ever! Thank you to everyone at the 151 location. Top notch!

I haven’t even left the parking lot.. and I just have to boast about this office and the staff.

I’m a single mom, with two jobs, and my head cut off most of the time. I have been spending any free time trying to find a primary doctor. It has been more than difficult, but I have finally found YOU GUYS. I have never had such kind doctors who ask all the questions to get the information they need to help you, they do not just push pills on you, and they do all the testing necessary. I have my son with me who is 4, and you guys were so patient with us. I love this office! Wow. Cannot boast enough.

Thank youuuuuu, Eric, the best FNP, Angelina, the kindest receptionist ever, and my PA, Anja… this woman!! If I had to drive across country to see her, I would. 👏🏼 Thank you for everything, this was the best visit I’ve had. I am hopeful my life will be back on track and it’s thanks to all of you for listening and helping. Excited to get a full panel done and see what’s next. THANK YOU.

4/05/23-
Came to get lab testing done first thing in the morning… high anxiety, listening to my favorite podcast to TRY to calm my nerves, yoga pants with a loose waist band (lol!) and my hair up to help not get overheated.. I didn’t need any of it. Joshua Estrada was who did my blood draw and when I tell you that I am 31 and have only ever had my blood taken twice without fainting, I am serious. I’ve had a baby and was told I’d get used to needles then. Spoiler alert: I didn’t. I NEVER do well with the needle entering, am always told “oh, you won’t feel it” and always do… but I’m shocked that this was different. 🤯It felt tiny, it was fast, and I didn’t faint. I didn’t get sick afterward and was able to drive immediately (something I am not used to 😅) and I am actually able to head straight to work from here instead of waiting in my car to feel okay and waiting for my body to quit sweating. THANK YOU JOSHUA, you shocked me with how easy this was for me!

First appointment to establish care and the staff was great. We didn't have to wait long at all for our appointment time. Ashley at the front desk was super polite and helpful. John and Josh were both caring and knowledgeable to my concerns and needs. Definitely a great first impression and looking forward to coming back.

The staff and providers are wonderful. I was seen for a telehealth visit by PA Snyder and she answered all my questions and checked up on me after my visit. She made sure I was very understanding of my visit and what I needed to do to get better. Thank you so much to this wonderful and caring practice. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them and highly recommend Porter Medical Associates. If your looking for a caring, welcoming, and one on one provider Porter Medical Associates is the place to be!

I love coming to this office. The front desk staff is so kind and caring. They always make me feel welcomed.
The doctors are amazing as well. I feel like I am listened to instead of being rushed in and out. You don't find that everywhere you go.

My mom has been coming here for over a year she absolutely love all the staff Shelby her doctor is incredible super attentive and informative we love her aña in the back staff is always so nice friendly and kind to my mom and the receptionist always greats us with a smile and eagerness to help us. We highly recommend coming here if you want to feel like family is taking care of you and you’re love ones.

My first visit I was greeted by Janet whom took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I was seen by Michael Cantu and a P.A. by the name of Shelby. Both were professional, thorough, reviewed my history, and provided me with everything I needed regarding next steps for labs, etc. I have a follow up appt. scheduled already. It's nice to find a good doctor's office with a professional and efficient staff.

If I had to drive across the entire country to see PA Frost, I would.
We live in a time where doctors treat the most surface symptoms possible and don’t listen to patients. I was sick for years before finding PA Frost because I saw doctor after doctor who were not listening to me.
After I saw PA Frost, he provided care and a medical plan specific to what I had been begging doctors to treat me for. He listened, he dug for more information, and he did what research needed to be done to help me. I would follow his care to wherever he would go because HE is amazing. He provides medical care far beyond what I ever imagined because I was very close to giving up hope.
I trust him, he’s restored my faith in the medical system, and I hope that anyone who needs to see this does because PA Frost is a diamond in the rough of today’s misguided medical care.
At this new location I’ve found that he has a medical assistant who matches his level of care, and the pairing of the two is irreplaceable.

The front staff and nurses are very patient and friendly. Dr Snyder is very thorough and looks out for you and makes sure you are at your best. Been a patient for Dr Porters office for 3 years, never disappointed.

The staff here were very nice, and helpful, answered all my questions and concerns I had, they treated me like family, and that's is very important. I would totally recommend this office to friends and family. Thank you Porter and Associates.

The 151 location is my favorite!! Ashley is so sweet, accommodating and welcoming. PA Shelby is great too and really listens to my concerns and questions. I always feel welcome and well cared for here:)

This place is awesome, the staff are the nicest Ive ever met, real professional, Ashley os my favorite receptionist, always on top of things, PA Shelby Schneider is the best PA, always polite and professional, I hate to see her leaving this practice, good luck Shelby!
