Whoever runs their business needs to learn to be specific when having a business. Why not say it’s for hyatt resort residents only? Waste of time , and you guys parking lot needs assistance

This isn't an actual normal UPS store location. It's a Hyatt resort lobby and it's a pain to park and then carry your items to the lobby. Go to a normal UPS store (the one next to the H.E.B. Plus store has super friendly employees).

I was turned away because I wasn't a guest at the resort. Be aware that the hotel staff is rude.,
