We love the selection at Living Spaces! The playground for the kids is an extra bonus since we’re all excited to be there. Our Sales Rep Tim is the BEST! We sought him out when we got there because he had helped us once before and his customer service can’t be beat!

Tim went above and beyond to get me the couch that I fell in love with. One piece of the modular couch was not supposed to be available to order for six weeks, but he made it happen in two. As soon as it became available he reached out to me, but I was unfortunately out of town for the weekend. He got approval to submit my order and made arrangements for me to come in on Monday when I was back in town to apply for financing and submit my payment. Thank you so much Tim and to all of the staff involved in helping me make this happen, I will continue to shop with Living Spaces and their incredibly kind and accommodating staff as I furnish my new home.

The steps taken in placing the order went so seamlessly and smoothly as well in locking in a delivery of our order for the same day. I highly recommend anyone interested in placing their purchase order(s) in the near future to utilize this method early on in the day as it’s so simple and the staff handling my order were so professional, friendly, and committed to excellence performing their customer service training skills way above and beyond all our expectations. Was looking for inexpensive simple, but comfortable sofa for the TV room. Living Spaces was my second stop, after disappointing experience at Ashley. Found exactly what I was looking for at absolutely incredible price $350 for full size, cute and comfortable sofa!! And they have more choices at every budget. Process was super easy, delivery was on time , fast and simple as well. If I will ever need more furniture, Living Spaces would be my choice!

The best experience I have ever had shopping for furniture. From the moment I walked into the store and was kindly greeted, and to the finalizing of the sale was a pleasure. Tim was assigned to me and he was attentive, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional in his interactions with me. I didnt feel pressured or hurried. I was able to get the sofa for my needs and the material I desired for my sofa 🛋. All steps of the buying process, and what to expect in regard to delivery time was explained to me in depth. Living Spaces is a customers dream when it comes to buying furniture.

When we walked in we didn’t know what we were looking for exactly, but a sweet sales representative Kelsey greeted us en though she was with another customer. As soon as she was done she came gave us a welcoming smile and asked how she could help. Kelsey was extremely polite, patient, friendly and above all extremely informative. She helped us choose the right bed, pillows, and sheets according to just what we told her how we sleep. I will be returning to see her soon. And I’m so excited for our new bed!! Excellent people working in the store. Asked several questions and received answers and suggestions and help finding furniture and accessories we were looking to find. I indicated that I was just looking and wanted to be left alone until I had questions or decided to buy. Every person honored my request. Our sales associate Dora was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. She made spending 2 hrs at the store seem like it was nothing.

I went for the first time to Living Spaces today. It's well organized and easy to navigate, but best of all, since the employees don't work on commission, noone hounded and followed us around. When we were ready to make our purchase, Joshua was super helpful and kind. It was nice picking out furniture in such an enjoyable setting.

Staff is super helpful, store is well kept and plenty of options to choose from. Also like that their warranty is refunded as store credit if you don't use it. Thanks to Josh, Vanessa and Kelsey for their help in my shopping experience.

Dora and Summer were extremely helpful! They explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I and there was no confusion. All employees were willing to help us. Great experience.

I felt very comfortable shopping at Living Spaces not pressured but the associate was there for any questions. I found a great sectional for a decent price. The associate explained all the terms clearly and the process was so easy. I have not had delivery yet so I can’t comment on that yet.

Very pleased with my purchase. As a first time visitor and shopper to Living Spaces, I was very impressed. I had been searching for a new recliner for my husband since November. All were either too bulky, too expensive, not the right color,
My husband, is handicapped and has mobility issues. They had a complimentary scooter for him to browse the store. The sales people were very informative and not over bearing.. Free delivery. If you have children they have a play area that is so nice I would have paid money to take my grandkids there just to play

UPDATE April 1, 2024 - I bought 3 mattresses. Two for the bunk bed. The description on the bunk bed said it would work with up to a 10" thick mattress which I bought. It's too tall for the top bunk. Been calling and leaving messages to exchange for a 6" mattress and also add one more for the murphy bed. Keep calling and leaving messages and no one for the store will call me back. My mom called for me and spoke to the head person at the call center and they were very mean and said they won't exchange it even when I bought them they said there was a trail period. I never even used the mattress. And I'm exchanging the same mattress but thinner and even buying an additional mattress. Can someone from the store please help me. I spent a lot of money with you and was going to buy more furniture this weekend. This really sucks. My son can't sleep on the top bunk bed because of this. Step it up Living Spaces.

I just spent over 13k in new furniture at Living Spaces the past few weeks. Service, delivery, install was all wonderful... there was a little damage to one of the pieces of furniture when delivered. I submitted a claim, spoke to someone in customer service, sent pictures as requested. It's been over a week and I can't even get a response after several follow up emails. Would be nice to at least respond to my email with an update. Hopefully someone in management from Living Spaces will read this and help... UPDATE: they finally got back to me and have it scheduled to change out the piece of damaged furniture. Thank you 🙏

They resolved all issues and made sure I was taken care. Love the service if you get into a store and talk to a manager. Don't waste time calling the call center.

Very impressed with this furniture store. They had a great selection of mattresses for us to try and the purchase process was easy. The delivery was quick and the communication has been amazing. The box spring delivered was a higher size than we wanted and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

All the floor staff here is super helpful and friendly. My wife and I bought a couch, a dining table with chairs and a bed mattress. Shout out to Christian in the bedding department and the rest of the staff that helped my wife and I.

I'd like to say that the terms and conditions that Living Spaces has for purchases is pretty customer focused, but also understandably fair. For instance, my wife and I were looking at purchasing the floor model couch on our previous visit which was discounted at about 40%. We later learned that the couch was a return because the customer who CUSTOM-ordered it didn't like how the color looked in their home and got a 75% refund. In that scenario, Living Spaces still ate at least 15% of the cost. Unfortunately, my wife and I missed out on buying it since we didn't know the dimensions of our living room at the time.

Also, if you're looking for a bed mattress, this place is reasonably priced and has a lot of variety to suit all kinds of people and the way they sleep. We got a king-sized Revive R-1 for a thousand dollars. We also got bunkie boards which was recommended by Christian to extend the comfort and condition of the mattress. My wife and I are super excited to get our furniture--the mattress and couch in particular.

A great place if you want to take your time looking and not be hassled by salesmen.

Bryson helped me locate end dining chairs. He explained delivery, return and the repair program. I’m sure I took longer comparing the chairs🤭.

Looking for a rug for my Living Room, and they had a huge variety to choose from!! An associate Chris, was very helpful even as far as pulling the 8x10 rug down off the high hanging rack to lay it on the floor to be able to see the entire rug. He was very professional, courteous and great to work with!
