I was pleasantly surprised that not only were they able to see me the same day but within 1 hour of my call, Fred was at my front door! He was friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained everything & finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Also great communication with the young lady I spoke to on the phone prior to & I thought the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Andrew Electrical Services. Peter was excellent. Friendly and thorough! He proactively ensured that where he cut into the ceiling, to install can lights, wouldn't be impeded by hidden pipes. I built a custom home last year for myself, and I was looking to hire an electrical contractor. After contacting 4 different companies, which were overpriced, I got referred to Andrew Electrical Services from one of my co-workers. I called them, they came and they gave me a really good price. They worked together with me on the whole layout of all my pot lights, light fixtures, receptacles, etc. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job, the inspectors agreed that it was an awesome job as well!

Signed up for service contract got appointment. Then got canceled.

Called Monday 9/20 to make an appointment. Was told they could be out 9/21 the following day. I paid over the phone. Then later that evening they call and say they can’t come Tuesday, but they will come Friday. They even called again Wednesday to confirm. I waited all day today Friday until 2 o’clock when my window ended to call and ask where they were. They said they could reschedule me for Monday. I told them that was not okay and they said they would call me back. No call back after an hour then my husband calls and they tell him no one can come. Don’t waste your time.
