I took some clothes and purses in for resale and left 40 dollars in a purse . When I picked up they had it waiting for me along . Love the honesty. Will buy and sell at this store . Great business

OK, I really, really enjoy this location..I have sold & bought clothes here a few times & each time, they have treated me with kindness & respect. Their customer service is excellent! I went in this past Sat-10/9 to look for an outfit for a wedding I was attending that evening & Mandy, who was right in the middle of a big project stopped what she was doing & helped me pick out a number of outfits that might have worked out. I didn't ask her to do this...she offered, which I greatly appreciated more than she realized! I ended up buying one of the outfits she put together, she even found me a handbag & shoes. My entire outfit cost me $32. 00. (And might I add it was Ann Taylor brand) I was super excited!! Then the young lady who rang me up, Cassie was amazing & friendly as well. Very personable. So if you're looking for brand name, quality, affordable clothes without paying the dept. store prices & you also want friendly & personable customer service. Please go to this location. They WILL treat you right👍❤

This particular Clothes Mentor had much friendlier customer service. It was definitely less crowded, so maybe that’s why. The workers were smiling, courteous, engaging and helpful (something lacking at one of the other stores). They had a great selection. I am so thankful they are picky about the clothes they accept. It makes for a much better experience as a shopper.

On a consignment haul with my kids and tried this place out. I loved it. Got a nice handbag for school and shoes that look brand new with tags. The staff was friendly. My sons were disappointed they didn't have men's clothes but enjoyed picking out a few things for me. Will definitely be returning.

My daughter and I are from the DFW area, and we came to one of our favorite consignment chains in the San Antonia area while here for a volleyball tournament. We found so many things that we loved!

We kept handing our items to the ladies at the front to save for us, and their smiles never wavered. They were infinitely patient, helpful, and kind. I knew that us Texas folks were friendly, but I have to say that this part of Texas (at least in this particular store) gets the Miss Congeniality award. Great business and service!

I absolutely love this store! I always pass by this store when driving and I finally made it in this month for the first time. I've was able to find outfits at extremely fair and affordable prices. This store has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for one of a kind pieces!

I went Friday night because the location is next door to my eye Dr. & the jewelry caught my eye. I went in not expecting for them to offer plus clothes. I asked anyways and Alyssa was so friendly & encouraged me to bring in my plus size clothes since there is a small selection. I was excited since I do have a lot of clothes to bring in and some still have tags on them & some have never been worn. Alyssa explained the process & created my account, one less thing to do when I come in! She is awesome & great at her job! Kudos Alyssa. See you tomorrow when I turn my clothes in.

This location is the absolute best! Everything is organized in a way where if you're looking for something in particular you dont have to dig...it's all right in one place. The staff is so friendly and they take all your items for you and and hold them until you're ready to try on. They know their inventory and can show you right where anything is and love to help you style. Ask for Lesa! She is too sweet

I absolutely LOVE Clothes Mentor - Selma!
My first visit was amazing as a staff member overheard me talking to another customer about how poor my health had recently turned. So the whole staff chipped including the kind lady and I left with a $40 gift card for the store and $60 from the lady!! They have great styles that are super affordable and an even better staff. I try to go any time I have a little extra money or clothes I can't wear. I'd post more pics but I'm not at home.

Janet and Yvonne were fantastic with their personal customer service and Knowledge. I will refer every friend I have. We are from Austin and this is a nice place to recommend. The 2 ladies made a great impression.

Sold clothes here twice now. Selling is a simple process that takes about an hour when they aren’t so busy and has taken up to 4 hours when I dropped off in the middle of a busy day. They can text you as soon as your drop off is available. I felt like I got a fair pay out for the items I brought in. Definitely would recommend using over trying sell online using something like Poshmark. Having done both, earnings is about the same but it’s way less of a hassle using Clothes Mentor and gets done so much more quickly. Will be definitely using them again.

Saw lots of pretty shoes. Got a couple of everyday pairs and will be back to see more :)

I'm surprised that so many people are complaining that you don't take their hand me downs. This is not a thrift store, and for the quality of clothing and service, you can't bet the store here or in San Antonio. It reminds me of when my grandmother would go to the Ladies Clothing store, with the associates listening to your needs and actually finding pieces that work quite well together. Other 'closets' cater to the young people looking to party. At 47 I'm not looking for the "Catch Me.... dress, or the so called Country look that looks like you might be ready to romp in the hay at the drop of a $10 "Cowboy" hat. I applaud your store and your staff for the excellent experience and products that you have.
